If I could give negative 10 stars I would. I filed a claim through my home warranty company who utilizes outside vendors for work. Simply Plumbing accepted the work. A guy came out to inspect and I sent him the service fee to do so. He said he will request parts and come back to repair. Time passed and I never heard anything so I called the guy who came and he said he no longer works for the company and to call the company. After numerous calls and emails to the company they never responded. I contacted my home warranty who contacted them. Simply plumbing told them they would come out but never did. Eventually my home warranty had to cancel with them and reassign the work to another vendor. I feel like they are a scam. A simple Google search shows this is common, that they always take people money without completing the work. I didn't know this till after the fact as I never had any issues with any other vendors my home warranty uses.
