Chris came out and did a check on both of our units. He was so professional and very informative. This company is so awesome. Chris answered all of my maintenance questions on our heat and will return in the spring for the A/C maintenance. They are the best HVAC company I have ever dealt with. GB Services installed my HVAC unit several years ago and since then have maintained an excellent service record. Recently, my AC conked out completely. I called Melissa and she scheduled an appointment fist thing the next morning. Chris was prompt, courteous, and was able to diagnose that the floater switch had been tripped by a clogged condenser line. He fixed it quickly and, to my relief, got my system humming again and my house cooled down. I've recommended GB services to my friends, and will continue to do so as long as their service is what it's been in my past experience with them.

We started with them 5 or 6 years ago. The have been reliable and consistent with their level of service. Their technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. One of the technicians, Chris was just out for our Fall maintenance and was able to schedule our daughters house as well. I'd recommend them.

I used GB Services last Saturday on an emergency call at a rental condominium I own. My tenant is not in the best of health and she had no heat on a cold day. Chris with GB answered the call quickly even though it was on a Saturday and did a great job of solving our problem. Thanks Chris and GB Services

My real estate agent referred us to this company, and I'm glad I decided to have them come out to do annual maintenance on our two HVAC units.

Chris was fantastic - he was respectful and personable and brought me up to speed on the condition of our units, their life expectancy, and other tips related to regular maintenance. I was going to sign up for the Platinum service for both units, but since one already had a lot of work done on it (from the previous owners), he didn't think it was necessary, which saved me a good deal of money (and rare in today's world where everyone tries to upsell you).

Based on my first experience with them, they established a lot of trust and for anyone looking for an HVAC service provider, I would highly recommend that you give them a try.

Christopher was right on time and did a great job replacing my thermostat despite challenges with an older HVAC system and some janky work done when the old thermostat was installed. Super professional and very nice. GB Services is always my go-to.

I've been using GB Services for more than a decade. They are a conscientious and customer focused organization from the the top down. I don't hesitate to recommend them for your HVAC needs. They also install hot water heaters.

GB Services is the best. Second time I used them (only because we sold and bought another house). I wouldn't use anyone else. Alex, Troy and their team are professional, responsive, and very reasonable. They recently replaced 2 furnaces and 1 AC unit for me. Replace several ducts and rerouted a number of lines to comply with code. Excellent work product at a great price. I can't say enough good things about their service and any heating/AC needs I have I will certainly go to them.

GB services performed maintenance for my condo unit this fall. Had a great experience starting with the office staff, Melissa, and was able to easily and quickly make an appointment. The tech, Chris, was very friendly and knowledgeable during my appointment. I will be using them for maintenance in the future.

Chris from GB Services was here today and provided 6 month heating maintenance. He was timely, efficient, professional and kept everything clean. He also gave me a great tip to use 1/2 cup of vinegar in the drain to keep everything smelling fresh. Great service!

Marcus was really helpful when I called for help about an HVAC's broken inducer motor. I'd already made several calls to various vendors who were rushed to try and move me to a paid service visit before having any discussions. My property manager had already gotten a quote, details, and even photos of what was going on - and I was conducting due diligence and getting educated on the issue. Marcus was generous and informative with his time... especially when I realized we were out of their service area. Doh! Regardless, GB Services HVAC is who I'll go to once they expand or we acquire the next investment property in Atlanta, or if others need a recommendation. I really appreciated being able to speak with someone knowledgeable right away.

Troy, Marcus, Chris and Alex at GB Services have been a great source of help -- and solace -- in getting and keeping my 13+ year old HVAC system in solid working order. What a relief!! My air conditioner stopped blowing cool air early morning on a hot Saturday. Marcus was quick to respond to my voicemail and Chris was out to visit my condo building only a few hours later. Chris quickly and efficiently diagnosed the problem and explained it thoroughly. He had the issue resolved within one hour. Thank you very much for the quick service on a weekend!
