Ricardo changed a “mystery room” to my favorite room in the house! His attention to detail and listening to my wants/needs was impeccable! He also enclosed my sunroom to make it 4 seasons. My house was built 1976… he knew how to deal with old house issues.

I had some peeling and bubbling paint from a previous job with them and Ricardo fully guaranteed the work so came out to repair it. Unfortunately, there was more wood rot and needed to be repaired. Ricardo gave me a very fair price and the job was done that day.

Richard and ACS, were excellent to work with. Presented a reasonable & competitive estimate and we chose them from past dealing and ongoing recommendations. From start to finish, we were updated and if changes were needed, they were prompt and accurate with their "change orders" There were no issues with billing, invoicing, it was all smooth.

The crew was there early and worked late to ensure that the three full bath and one half bath renovation were completed as scheduled. No delay at all and finished product was better than imagined.

Richard and his team, worked very well with the designer team and if anything needed to be changed or added, it was done without any problem. Went above & beyond to make this project a success and it was.

Richard looked at project on July 23....5 weeks later and still no quote or estimate. No return of latest phone call or text.
