We are so pleased with the work performed today by Roto-Rooter. Lun my technician was prompt, knowledgable, respectful to my home and works very clean. My leak issues started this morning and resolved by the end of the day with no appointment. This has been a smooth process from the receptionist who answered the call, to the supervisor who arrive first to assess the leak, to Lun my tech that fixed my issue in under 2 hrs. Amazing work from start to finish! Seriously!

Terance was a fantastic guy with awesome knowledge. We had great conversation while I helped pass him his tools while he worked. 10/5 give that man a raise
