Had routine check up of equipment at my home that was purchased and installed by AquaGuard. Matthew was the technician. He was very efficient and professional in checking out everything. On time for appointment.
Highly recommend.

Where do I start…from the first visit to the last day of poly the experience was amazing! Darrius and Parker came and explained everything, showed me examples and mature sure I understood the problem and how it was to be fixed. They showed videos and examples. They advised of expectations (which were exceeded). I advised of my budget and they made it happen. Parker kept me up to date on the process and made calls for reminders. The First day of install came they were on time! They called in advance explained the work and left a clean slate for the next process. The next day came for poly they called in advance, oh I forgot to mention they have a link to see eta. They came in explained the job did the job and was in and out! I also appreciate the follow up call to verify service was great! Thank aquaguard 10/10. Now come back I need my driveway done 😂

I was very pleased with my install. My crew were very efficient and communicated with me very well. Answered all my questions. My sales manager was very informative and knowledgeable about the Aquaguard products and provided different options to fit my budget.

Jeremy Lynch and Justin Parker did a great job on our driveway. They communicated well and made sure all questions were answered.

Jeremy and team from Aquagurd's East Point office did a great job on our driveway repair which consisted of stabilizing, leveling, and sealing crack on a driveway going uphill. They showed up on time, worked quickly but carefully, and really knew what they were doing. Best part—they cleaned everything up before leaving. Super professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I called Aquaguard for an inspection and estimate of a house we are thinking of purchasing. Darrius was very informative, knowledgeable, and courteous. He did a thorough inspection and gave us an educated and informative estimate.

We had water in our crawl space that ended being a clogged condensation pump. Michael Dever came out and not only fixed the problem, but he cleaned up the icky water! Great job!

Taylor Smith was amazing he did an annual maintenance on my system and informed me about my crawlspace that needs some TLC I will definitely be calling him back when I am ready to do the work!

Abdul, Mike K, Damion J, DJ J, and Jose A this installment crew showed up and showed out. After a few issues from the first crew, these guys showed up and fixed my crawl space the way it was suppose to be done! Thank you guys for your hard work and dedication! Yall rock!

These guys were awesome! Mike K and Jeremy L did an amazing job. My concrete was in pretty bad shape. They got it up level and took care of the cracks. Highly recommend this crew for sure!

I’m more than pleased with what AquaGuard was able to do with my brick front steps. Joseph, Brondon, and Hector were very professional, extremely polite and informative about what they were going to be doing. This after picture doesn’t capture very well what the guys were able to do but it shows how large the steps are and gives an idea of the extreme weight of them. The steps had settled/tilted away from the porch several inches and the mortar stuck between the steps and the wall and was pulling the wall with it, causing cracks in the brick wall and top brick border on the porch edge to kick up. I was worried a very pricey full tear out and rebuild was necessary. The guys lifted the steps up and back towards the house and the porch wall went back straight and the cracks closed up. In addition, the pillars will keep the steps in place and avoid future settling. I highly recommend AquaGuard. Thanks guys!!!!

I was contacted by Aquaguard and they immediately began working to address my concerns with our project. I am changing my review from 2 stars to 5 stars because they remedied the original work and our pool deck now looks like we expected it to! I appreciate Aquaguard backing their work and making it right. Our pool deck is nice and level and the cracks have been greatly reduced. I feel the job was done right the second time around. Thank you!

While the people have been very nice there was a huge gap between what the salesman promised and sold us on and what they were actually able to achieve. He told us while our pool deck would have cracks only we would know they are there. It would be nice and level and there was no need to waste our money getting new concrete.

They were not able to achieve anything near what was promised and in some areas I believe the places the concrete is uneven is worse than before they did the work. Where the sealant looks like something a preschooler glued. It is messy and actually highlights our cracks.

I spoke with a manager who made an appointment to come 18 days later to check it out. Since I have spoken to him the foam has actually started to seep up through the cracks and stained brown all over our concrete.

I am really disappointed because we chose to go with Aquaguard over competitors because of their reputable name.

I really can't say enough about the terrific job that Kevin, Curtis and Xavier did on our crawl space. They called both days to advise they were on their way. The job took 1-1/2 days. They kept us informed of the process all along the way and sent us several pictures showing the area as our crawl space is very narrow. At the end of day one, the work area was completely clean and the old plastic barrier along with the trash that had been left there removed.

At the end of the job, Kevin explained everything in detail, went over the dehumidifier, how often it would run and told us we could store stuff down there now if we wanted to.

We highly recommend Aqua Guard, yes it's a lot of money but well worth it and the peace of mind it provides and the fresh air!

Seymour was fantastic. Thorough, professional, trustworthy. Walked me through everything and ensured I was clear on what the issues are and what is needed to remedy them. By all means, ask for him, you will be thrilled working with him.

Had a foundation inspection with Darrius today and he was very friendly, knowledgeable and explained my issue in a thorough yet easy to understand manner. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need of services provided by Aquaguard.

Need low places in garage, sidewalk and driveway repaired. Techs showed up when promised and did a great job.

Would recommend this company.
