RCP plumbing took care of a problem at a rental property without me ever to come on site. They track the problem, quoting me a fair price. and sent me pictures after the fix was complete. Too easy

I found their contact info on the Neighborhood app. Gave them a call about my clogged kitchen sink and they had a crew here within 30 minutes!! Two gentleman arrived and used a tool to reach far back in the pipes to pull out years of yucky stuff. Sink is flowing just like new. They will be my plumbers going forward. i highly recommend.

Was stuck between a Rock and a Hard place I called several random so called 24 hr services and they either didn't respond back or didn't give me a call back.

I called RCP and he answered, asked me the problem.

I told him I CLOGGED THE TOILET WITH TOO MUCH PAPER that I couldn't fix with a plunger.

Everret gave me a qoute I could handle and thought was fair considering the distance and it being 48o at night.

He came very quickly! also saw the gross damage I did with clogging the Air B n B toilet and was done fixing it in less than 20 mins he saved my life cause I was due to fly out in the early morning!!

I’m speechless! In one phone call Everett came out same day to assess a clogged drain. As a homeowner I could not identify the location or remedy it myself, I tried. Actually, my attempts had worsened the problem. Everett along side a highly skill two man crew where at my home first thing the next morning to restore a functioning system and repair my blunder. The entire crew was punctual and knowledgeable. It was a great experience.

I had a back up in my shower and I run multiple Airbnbs. They came out after hours, assessed the problem and went to work. As a home owner and landlord I always need a good plumber. I will be calling RCP anytime I have a plumbing issue.

They came on time and did amazing work. It think the gentleman's name was Everret (l apologize if I get your name wrong) but he was awesome. I absolutely recommend them.

We initially thought there was just had a clog. Sewage came up through our toilet and bathtub on the first floor. RCP plumbing removed a blockage and educated us on not using flushable wipes even if they cite "flushable". About 1 week later, the toilet seemed to be stopped up again. RCP came out immediately within hours of our call. The business is in our area. This visit, RCP utilized video technology to view our sewer line from the house to the public sewer line. He discovered that our tree roots had breached our sewer pipe that goes from our house to the public sewer. We were able to see this with the camera used by RCP. RCP provided us with a thumb drive with the video of the obstruction. We later needed that video for our home owner's insurance. So, we are grateful for the use of technology. It took about a month to get the pipe replaced because our sewerline was VERY close to electrical, and cable lines that were buried. RCP understood that they had to partner with another company to remove and replace our sewerline. The replacement was carefully executed. RCP was kind enough to inquire as to whether we wanted to keep the tree that caused the blockage. We didn't care for the tree. So, RCP had the tree and stump removed for us. If I could give them 10 stars, I definitely would. Stellar service and educated us on the process along the way. RCP was patient while the insurance took about 2 weeks to disburse the funds for the service. It was a MESS of a situation, but now all is well! RCP explained that we have a one year waranty for the service that was provided. We can use our bathroom again before we have company over for the holidays! I would definitely recommend this business to our neighbors. Job well done!!

These guys came out quickly and got the job done fast. I had water leaking from my ceiling underneath my master bathroom. My initial thought was “it’s the toilet”, but after they troubleshooted, they discovered it was from the shower. They found the leak and resolved the issue quickly. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Service backed by a 1 year warranty. I am very pleased.

Extremely professional, courteous and great work! On time and completed the job quickly. I love that they use modern tech with invoicing and payments, notifications and reminders. Absolutely will call on them for future plumbing needs and would wholeheartedly recommend them.

Exceptional service, follow through and responsiveness. Came prepared to do a leak under the slab, great documentation, cleaned up and prepped for remodel. Everitt is super trustworthy and fair. I would highly recommend RCP for any plumbing needs.

My favorite place in my home flooded and my wife and I was devastated. My basement was covered in water when we came home. I googled plumbers and found RCP Plumbing, a local company in Fairburn. They came out and quickly diagnosed what caused our flood and came up with a plan to repair my toilet. I also inquired about my sump pump and got a quote to replace it as well. RCP Plumbing returned the next morning promptly to make all the repairs we discussed the previous day. My wife and I are pleased with the service that we recieved.
