Plumbing plus came out to my house after a previous plumbing company came out and gave a poor work order for my 2002 water heater. Where I was going to be spending money on parts for such an old heater instead of replacing it. Plumbing plus not only had great customer service but they had assessed the water heater and had it replaced within 24 hours!! We will be using them again!!

I just purshased my home and was looking for contractors to have work done. I called several different Plumbing contractors to have the work bidded on and all of their prices seem on the high end so that made me feel a bit uneasy. I headed to Lowe's to see what their installations for a bathroom from scratch would cost. They stated they didn't do work on bathrooms from scratch but only upgrades to already existing plumbing fixtures but, they recommended a licensed plumbing contractor that handles alot of contracts for them.

I contacted Plumbing Plus on a Friday evening after the Tile Contractor had torn out the preexisting bathroom walls. Mr. Arthur's Assistant answered and I told her my situation. She scheduled me for an appointment first thing the next coming Monday.

The appointment was for 9:00am, they arrived at 8:45am, coffees in hand and asked if they could change into their shoe protectors at the door. Plumbing Plus did measurements and gave me a price $800 cheaper then all the other plumbing services I had contacted. They told me for a job this size I would need to make a deposit for permits and parts. Receipts would be provided. The next day, I faxed the fixture set up to them and they emailed me a verification email telling me it was received.

I'm traveling nurse and I was head back out of town Thursday. I let Mr. Arthur know my grandparents would be there while I was away to handle any concerns until I returned the following week. Mr. Arthur told me his son was text savvy and would snap pictures of the jobs work to keep me in the loop of things.

All in all, I had a jacuzzi tub, 2 vanities, shower, toilet room along with all the drainage and water plumbing done plumbing wise. Plumbing Plus took a total for 3 days in a 3 week period to complete their end. I'm happy and satisfied. Thanks Plumbing Plus! I'll be calling you guys when I'm ready to have my pool installed.

AJ let me know he was on his way, was on time, professional and also very conscious and courteous to wear a mask and social distance, even while working inside the house. I received a very fair quote prior to any work being performed. Project was completed on time and perfect. I have an old house and I just found my new plumbing company. Highly recommend!

Mr. Chapman came cleared out a clogged drain for us. It had been clogged for quite sometime and we thought we had handled it with our attempts of using Draino. However, the problem persisted and we had to get a real plumber. We are so happy we called Plumbing Plus. He solved our drainage issue quickly and efficiently. Thanks Mr. Chapman and the professional folks that answer the phones and give helpful information and set the appointments.

Our kitchen sink and washing machine were not draining. We had gone through several other plumbers who had sent us in multiple directions, even saying the septic system was bad. Rashaan and his team went above and beyond to find and repair the real source of the problem, fixing in a day what we’ve been struggling with for months. He was not only extremely professional, but also very patient in thoroughly explaining each troubleshooting step along the way. We can not recommend them highly enough and will always call them for any plumbing issues in the future.

Very pleased with Plumbing Plus! Mr. Chapman came out, very professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable about any aspect of plumbing! He did his craft in a timely manner before I knew it, he was gone and we have hot water!!! Hats off to Plumbing Plus, thank you!

Rashawn was great and patient with me and did a good job. He listened to my concerns and took time to explain everything. He had to cut the wall to get to the valve that needed replacing and did so with as little damage as possible, very nice demeanor, professional and curtious. Thanks for a job well done! I discovered I had a major plumbing problem on Friday. I called Plumbing Plus on Saturday. They were able to come and repair the problem on Monday. Arthur and his team were courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. They went beyond what was expected to complete the job. I will be using Plumbing Plus in the future.

Plumbing Plus was at my house today to replace my water heater. They called and setup a time and came on time. He kept me updated on the progress and complthe assignment in a timely manner.

As the plumber, AJ, was leaving he smelled gas and told me he thought I had a gas leak outside my basement. We called the gas company and found out that there was a leak and they fixed it. He could have just come and completed his work order and never said anything. Who knows, he may have saved my entire family's life! Please tell him we said thank you!!!

My experience was awesome. Rashaan installed a new garbage disposer. He did great work.
He was punctual, professional, and pleasant.

AJ did an awesome job. This was my 3rd plumber. The first plumber stated I needed new toilet kits and the 2nd plumber stated I needed an entire flush system which would take minimum 3 hours. Come to find out it was neither. I just needed the flaps adjusted. 15 minutes later AJ had all 3 toilets working properly. AJ (Plumbing Plus) thank you for your honesty!!! It’s important to be able to trust skilled professionals without worrying about price gauging. You are a blessing. I will definitely recommend Plumbing Plus again.

Plumbing Plus has been our go-to plumbers of choice for a decade. Reagan was outstanding and PROFESSIONAL. He provided outstanding service and unclogged the drain. Prior to Rashan, 3 other plumbing companies came here and did not fix the problem. GREAT EXPERIENCE! My disposal died and Arthur and Rahshaad were here promptly when scheduled. They replaced the disposal and were very efficient and super nice to deal with. I highly recommend Plumbing Plus for any plumbing issues that come up.

Absolutely the best!! My coworker referred me to them and I am so grateful. My toilets were clogged and were flowing into the tub and showers in all bathrooms. I had tried everything possible at Lowe’s to fix myself. Once I called them- AJ listened and heard my concerns and was able to fit me in on a Saturday. I am extremely pleased with Plumbing Plus. Within two hours of requesting service for my garbage disposal, the technician was in my kitchen making the needed repairs. I kid you not, same day service on a Sunday too. The technician was professional and fast. Would recommend them to everyone.
