The duct work had fallen loose from the floor vent. Do to it being a mishap that was not sealed to hold. It was warranty and resealed by Tech. Service was did the next day promptly after I called. Technicians was nice even asked in shoe covers were needed. The time was taken to make sure the duct work was sealed securely with vent cover in place and air blowing through vent before leaving. Thanks guys!

Working with Randy and his crew was great, impressed with overall service and very satisfied with pricing and their work.

Bailey's installed a new HVAC system this past summer. From the sales to after install follow up the service has been excellent. The staff are experienced and personable and available to contact. On a hot humid Chattanooga late summer day the install was interrupted by a discovered plumbing leak. They waited for a plumber to come and repair the leak and then stayed late into the evening so we could have ac that night. Evan was experienced and did a compulsive perfectionist job of installing. After install a manufacturer thermostat defect was discovered and they have followed through as an advocate to help get the problem corrected. Kevin has done a great job. They have demonstrated honesty and integrity and I would reccomend this company to anyone looking to have Heating and Air service.

The techs are courteous and on time. They perform system checks and maintenance as needed. A great company to work with.

Mark Holland and the folks at Bailey's Heating & Air were great. They helped repair our heating unit quickly when we needed it the most.

We had Bailey’s install a new mini split system. They showed up on time had everything they needed and did exactly what they said. they were going to do. Looking forward to using them again.

Bailey’s H&A is a competent professional company who sends a text picture of the technicianletting you know they are on their way, they show up on time, dressed appropriately to handle the job professionally! They don’t cut corners meaning that they do the job correctly the first time to avoid unnecessary extra issues later on. My wife and I highly recommend Bailey’s H&A.

Once again, Bailey’s Heating and Air came to my rescue! They came and resolved a clogged drain that had caused us a much larger issue. Mark showed up first thing Monday morning, fixed the problem and presented me with options for what we might need or want to do next. A new AC was installed May 2025. On attempt to change thermostat to Heat, would not RESET. The call for Service was very prompt, even next day. Upon inspection it was a wire that was missed connection during installation. Problem was quickly detected & corrected. NO charge since under warranty. EXCELLENT SERVICE

The installers were very knowledgeable and professional and explained everything. I have had zero issues with the YORK unit and it has been installed for over a year now. I would recommend Bailey's Heating and Air to anyone looking to purchase a new YORK efficient heat pump

Was on site with in a hour of calling. Fixed the problem, with less than two hours of me calling and never tried to up sell me. The guy Bailey's Heating and Air just did a Professional job, would highly recommend.

Mark got the unit up and working again same day as I called. It’s August 1st in the south!

They were professional and efficient. We needed to have our air conditioner replaced. The quote we were given felt reasonable and I was given a clear explanation about how the system works and what we needed.
On the day of install, they worked well and cleaned up afterwards. I would recommend them.
