Adam was very responsive, knowledgeable and kind. He kept me updated on when he could arrive to fix my leaking faucet! He did a wonderful job of replacing the old leaking faucet and pipes which were in a casing around our garden tub (not an easy job)! He repaired and put everything back nicely. After receiving an unusually high water bill, I called Adam about a suspected leak. He was able to come over the next day and texted me on his way; great communication. He looked at the water meter and could see dripping right there. But to be thorough, we walked the perimeter of the entire house looking for wet areas, as well as looking at all the toilets and faucets inside the house. He fixed the problem at the meter and verified that the numbers on the meter were staying put, indicating that the leak had been fixed. He then tested the water pressure at the hose bib to ensure the water coming into the lines was now correct. He was knowledgeable, friendly, his work was thorough and efficient, and he was very respectful to me and my home. I highly recommend Adam for any plumbing issue!
