Called 9 in the morning about problem with fridge freezer after thunderstorm. They said they'd have someone out to us by 4 o'clock. Tech arrived about 10.30 - 11.00 and was done by 11.30. Price was reasonable too. Recommended service.

Brian came to our house to provide service on our dryer. He was friendly, professional and super quick. I highly recommend him and this company for your appliance service needs.

I had a natural gas stove that needed to be converted to propane gas. I was told I would need a different connector. I called several places to get the part and could not find one. When I called Advanced Appliance Service, Jimmy Koon told me he would locate the part and call me back. He called me back promptly. The stove did not need a new part, it only needed an adjustment. Nother company had bothered to research what I needed. Jimmy came out and had the stove hooked up and operating in a short period of time. Advanced Appliance Service knows what they are doing!

I didn't end up needing his services afterall, but he was very helpful and understanding!

Jimmy has repaired appliances for us on two different occasions. First, he replaced the electronic controls on our dual ovens, which required modification of the wiring to make it compatible. That was a challenging job, but Jimmy accomplished it with no problem. Several years later, the heating element in our dishwasher failed. Although the part had been discontinued by the manufacturer, JImmy was able to locate one in New York. As soon as the part arrived, Jimmy came right out and installed it. We are highly pleased with his excellent work and his exemplary customer service. We will definitely call him again and are happy to highly recommend him to others.

They refused to service my appliance,would not even come out check it out

Lost an entire day of work waiting for the technician only to be told they don’t work on LG dryers. I gave the dryer name and model number when making the appointment. He just walked out saying it would take too long for him to fix and to find someone else.
