I was assigned Elm HVAC through my home warranty company. They were responsive and professional. The service technician, Ernest, was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional.

Mr. Harris was very professional, very responsive, and communicative. We were in need of his service and he was quick to the call. Mr. Harris and his team are very knowledgeable and dependable. This made my worries subside and will definitely use the company again if needed in the future.

Ernest came on time and rapidly diagnosed the problem with my AC. And he explained the warranty procedure.

Follow up: Mr. Harris always promptly responded to my inquiries. And he facilitated communication with my home warranty company to ensure that I got fast approval for the appropriate solution, not just a stopgap repair. Best of all, he replaced the faulty AC condenser before the big heat wave ensued again! I will enthusiastically recommend his service to my neighbors.

Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! It was amazing from start to finish… They arrived on time for consultation and installation. The installers were very knowledgeable and answered every question. They went above and beyond to explain in detail the problem and their recommendations. The installation was done with fidelity with the utmost care! Ernest did a great job fixing the AC for me this morning. After he fixed the thermostat, he didn't leave but chose to wait and check the temperature reduction. Because he did that, he found the capacitor issue and fixed the root cause. I highly appreciate Ernest was so responsible and efficient in solving problem for me. I will be a return customer for sure in the future!

I’ve had to call in two service calls this week. One for a leaky pipe and the other for my furnace. 2-10 had someone out there the morning of the next business day. No hassles. We’ve had 2-10 for a year and we plan to renew. Thank goodness we had a warranty to help pay for these expenses right after the holidays.

I really appreciated Ernest's help with my heater. He seemed like an honest person, took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, and got my heater running again in this cold weather. Thank you so much, Ernest!

PERFECT TIMING AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ernest was the technician assigned to my work order and he was absolutely great! Let me know what he was doing and why and kept me in-the-know while performing all checks for my A/C system. He was efficient with troubleshooting and making sure everything was working fine following all the adjustments and let me know what to look out for in the following days if any, although something tells me I'm all good to go! 10/10 would recommend.

Elm HVAC is a top notch service provider. Owner, Ernest Harris is very hands on. He and his team kept me informed through the process of working with my home warranty claim. Home warranty companies are not known for being easy to work with but this team made it seamless.
They assessed my system in the first visit telling me exactly what was happening and what to watch for since my system was 20 years old. As soon as, I noticed the issue resurfacing (which they said it might) two weeks later, Ernest and his team jumped into action handling everything with the home warranty company for a replacement unit. I was provided timely status updates throughout the process.
Their pricing was very reasonable for what my expected out of pocket cost would be as home warranties offer limited coverage.
The technicians were very personable, professional and polite. Ernest also showed up during the installation to see how things were going. It was an absolute pleasure to meet him in person! I can’t say enough good things about this company, the owner and employees! They are now my only HVAC service provider!!

Earnest came by to check an issue with our very old system. He did what he could to try and get it running, but ultimately it was time for a new one. He provided good advice about what we needed, answered questions about alternatives, and helped us make the best decision for the situation we were in. The install crew that arrived a few days later was professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. The system is working great.

This was a fantastic experience! Ernest took his time and found that our brand new AC unit had been overcharged with refrigerant. He was out here within a day of contacting him. He was on time and also explained why we had issues with it. Elm HVAC is one of the best companies we've worked with.
