Nat B came by and swapped out a bathroom faucet and fixed a shaky toilet. He was polite and efficient and cleaned up after the job was done. We've used integrated plumbing for years and will continue to use them for all of our plumbing needs.

Corbett was great, finished the job while explaining each step to me and even chatted with my very curious son. I really appreciated it considering how stressed I was!

Ben is the best! Very helpful and good at explaining everything. Such a huge help too on how to prevent issues in the future. Nothing but nice things to say!

Douglas at Integrated Plumbing Solutions provided the quality of service you always hope to receive. He diagnosed our problem and explained options for addressing it, detailing the pros and cons of each option. He then completed the repair in a workmanlike manner to our total satisfaction. Douglas’s extensive experience was obvious. He was punctual, respectful of our home and left the worksite broom clean. Thomas and Alejandro showed up on time and got to work. They explained the whole septic system and how it works to me. They made some recommendations for the future. Overall they did a great job.

I would first like to start by stating I have not received service completed with Intergrated Plumbing Solutions yet. However, Corbin was AMAZING during the consultation and estimate process. I received four estimates prior to Corbin and he is the only one to provide us with education of the different types of water heaters and current code requirements. Corbin has excellent customer service skills and is very knowledgeable. We are still reviewing our options, but Intergrated Plumbing Solutions is a top contender because of our experience with Corbin 💚.

I made an online request for plumbing service last night. Matt B was at my house by 11am today and resolved a clog and replaced a corroded pea trap. Matt was very helpful and informative by explaining options and how to identify where the clog was and the best path forward.

Corbet went above and beyond helping us with our water pipe issues. He was extremely detailed in explaining what was happening and took the time to walk us through everything step by step. I called Integrated Plumbing Solutions late on a Thursday afternoon, and they were able to be at my house by early the next morning. Matt, the plumber, was courteous and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the problem, which was a bad hot water heater, sourced a new one, and installed it. He then conducted a complete house evaluation, and wrapped everything up by early afternoon. I was very pleased with the service and especially with Matt.

Douglas repaired a leak in the hot water line in the kitchen under the slab of our home. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in his work. He was very respectful of our home and willing to answer all our random homeowner questions. The repair was extensive, requiring the slab to be cut, concrete to be broken up, and refilled (per the photos). I would recommend Douglas and Integrated Plumbing Solutions for all your plumbing needs.

The service was excellent. I got a call as to exactly what time to expect them. Douglas & his helper were right on time. They quickly & efficiently fixed the gas leak that I had behind my stove. I will definitely give them a call for any service needed in the future. Thanks guys!!!!

Integrated was very prompt and professional and detailed everything that was an issue and put a solution on the table. They also scheduled the repair work for as soon as possible; which was only 2 days from time of service call and had repairs done within an 11/2 hrs. Am the Property Manager of a 423 unit storage facility.
