Called to get a diagnostics, was schedule promptly.Johnathan Moonsammy was the technician on site.Very professional, and friendly.He explained everything, walked me thru the process and did an excellent job.The whole process took two days, from scheduling , to diagnosing to installation.Very happy with the service, clean neat and efficient.I definitely recommend them.Thank you Johnathan!

Javier was professional and knowledgeable. After troubleshooting and finding the problem, he explained what was needed to correct the problem and gave a quote. Once the job was completed, furniture was put back in place, area was cleaned and old parts removed. Thank you for a good experience and doing an excellent job. I can honestly say I would definitely request Javier if I needed any additional electrical work to be done.

Our plumber, Anthony (Tony) Fittipaldi was very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. He found our problem quickly and gave us great service. He explained what the issue was to us and answered all of our questions we had. We highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of plumbing services.

Enrique is my go to when I need something done professionally, and quick. He always knows what needs to be done. Ever since I moved into my new home, there hasn’t been an issue he hasn’t been able to remedy or help me with. His customer service and level of courtesy knows no bounds and I consider him a true friend. He will always be the first person I reach out to!

Highly recommend. Brian came out explained to me the issues I was having and then gave me a quote that was reasonable. Did amazing work and left me feeling satisfied with a well done job. I would definitely recommend Brian with TE certified.

I’ve used TE Electric twice now, and both times I’ve had outstanding service.
I requested Michael again, and this time he was joined by Corey, together they did a phenomenal job! They were prompt, professional, and very detail-oriented. They clearly communicated everything I needed to know and made sure the work was done with excellence. I highly recommend TE Electric and especially Michael and Corey. I have used many electricians in the greater Atlanta area and by far, hands down this team was probably the best! Definitely recommend TE Certified and Wayne and will be calling back for more work!

Yael Morales Garcia did a phenomenal job. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. He completed the task of installing a charger for my electric vehicle without any problem. I would highly recommend him.

David and Micah provided excellent and professional service! Both were knowledgeable, personable and very courteous. David clearly explained the options for resolving my switch and outlet issues and provided the pricing of each option. They explained the cause of the electrical issues and communicated throughout the process of resolving the issues. I would not hesitate to call on their service in the future.

Elijah & Alberto were very friendly, thorough & professional! They worked diligently to solve the problem and explained everything each step of the way in a way that was easy to understand. Also, we requested other plumbing work done ( valve replacement). It required another department within the company and they went the extra mile to get it scheduled for us. We were very pleased with them and their work! Highly recommend and will definitely call them again if needed! 😃

Luis did great in my opinion. He told us everything he needed to do. What the steps were and how long everything should have taken. He seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. Everything went smoothly as far as I’m aware. Great job.

Justin was very knowledgeable and skillful. He was very informative and detailed. I felt comfortable asking questions and confident about the quality of his work.

Had a plug that previous homeowner had installed. Wanted to make sure it was installed correctly for a car charger. Ended up needing to be updated with a proper breaker and wiring.

It was all done quickly and professionally with very upfront costs. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely use again. Definitely recommend.

John Maron, from TE Certified recently troubleshot an issue with one of my electrical circuits, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service provided. John took all the steps to identify the source of the problem, clearly explained what needed to be done, and carried out the repair with a high level of professionalism.
He replaced the faulty circuit components efficiently and ensured everything was safely restored to proper working order. His workmanship was clean and thorough. John also took the time to answer my questions and verify that everything was functioning correctly before he left.
I highly recommend John Maron for any electrical repair or troubleshooting needs. His expertise and professionalism made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

Had the pleasure of having Greg C. as my electrician and Michael P. as my plumber. Both were absolutely great! I swear TE sent me their best techs. They were punctual (even arrived early), professional, and handled their separate issues efficiently. Both were very respectful of my home, wore shoe covers (which I really appreciated!), and cleaned up after finishing their installations/repairs.

What stood out most was that I never felt pressured or upsold, just honest and quality service. Last year, I had a similar issue and went with Mr. Sparky, but I really wish I had chosen TE back then. TE’s pricing was fair, actually about $100 cheaper and Greg even applied a coupon.

From start to finish TE Certified was a great experience! They were super quick to get someone out to give me an estimate on installing an EV charger. The day of, they messaged me with a reminder and a quick review of the technician being sent out. Payton was very thorough and thoughtful in going over my options and pricing! He and his co worker came prepared and were able to install it… start to finish an hour tops! They made sure to vacuum up any mess that was made and ensured the product worked before leaving! Would definitely call them back for any future home needs!

My experience was terrific. Arlon, the plumber who did the work ,was on time for appointment, very knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to answer our questions and did the job in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

Hubert was fantastic to work with. He troubleshot a complex issue with our wiring and found a solution without impacting the walls. He was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We highly recommend Hubert and we will use him again fir an electrical projects.

Jason Sevier was extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and polite. Would absolutely recommend to friends and neighbors. He replaced everything we talked about, tested everything in front of me, and sent photos of all the work as well.
