Thank you Prime Heating & Air for fixing my mom’s AC unit. This unit was installed by Estes, which is a huge company and we experienced a malfunction in our unit, our fan kept spinning which is a major electrical hazard. Estes refused to help us and were asking for more money to just assess the unit and not only that, they said they won’t be able to come the same day as an emergency service. Prime was the only one who came the same day and troubleshooted the problem. They ended up finding out that Estes used an old regulator and taped it together with insulation tape. Our AC is working again thanks to Prime and we will always rely on them. They will not take advantage of you. Highly recommend.

Hi everyone ☺️ I just wanted to share my amazing experience with Prime Heating and Air. I found them on Next Door, a neighborhood app. Neighbors often refer services etc in this app and PHA came highly recommend and so I called them for a service call. Mon scheduled me yesterday from 2pm-4pm and showed up on time . He diagnosed the issue in no time but needed to get the part. I'd intially called a well know provider that not only charged me 79.00 for a diagnosis but would also take a week to get the TPV id need to repair my unit. Welp not only did he not charge me a diagnosis fee but was able to expediously get the part. I called him yesterday and today I have cold 🥶 Air @ the fraction of the cost basically I saved 50%
