My service technician was Vu Tran. He was very professional, knowledgeable, considerate and punctual. He did a great job of explaining what was wrong and what was need to fix the problems. Hands down the best service technician with whom I have ever dealt.

I can't recommend Smart Comfort enough! Vu took care of the regular maintenance on our furnace and fixed several problems to keep us safe and comfortable all season long. We were told that we would need to replace our furnace very soon, but Vu easily saved us thousands of dollars by making sure our current unit will run well for years to come. We've had several other companies do maintenance over the years and none of them were as thorough and honest as Smart Comfort!

I am so happy I decided to call. Vu was on time, professional and very knowledgeable. He installed an A/C, furnace, and thermostat at a reasonable price. We called for a quote to replace both AC and heating systems. Vu was on time and very knowledgeable. He performed a full inspection of our current systems, including a carbon monoxide scan of the entire house. He then provided a detailed explanation of what we could expect as far as performance from our (aging) system and gave us two price point options for replacement. I had 2 HVAC systems replaced by Vu. He is extremely patient, responsive, and friendly. He took the time to answer all my questions. I was very impressed with how tidy he was with his work. No traces of debris after 2 days of work (full duct cleaning also performed). Our ducts and vents look like new again. Definitely planning on being a life long customer of his.
