I live two blocks away from this company, and although I didn't have service by them, I called them on Thursday April 23rd, 2020 at 8:00am. The person (lady) that answered the phone was completely rude and dis-responsive. She didn't introduce herself or the company, she had an attitude for reasons I'm unsure, and was obviously not trying to assist me in obtaining service, with comments like "I don't know what to tell you", or we don't have scheduled immediate plumbing so you would have to ask the local plumber here.??? And then we she tried to take my information at that point my instincts said to run for the hills. And for that I would not recommend this company. You communication staff is a reflection on the company and your first line of offense which was very poor. People having a bad day or not.

This company installed the hot water heater for my home that only last 7 years. It was supposed to be warranted for 10 years. The charged my to replace the second hot water heater second hot water heater which was not properly installed. I had calcium and mold build up from a pipe that was not sealed correctly. Instead of honoring the warranty on the work that was not properly installed, they tried to get me to pay for not only the pipe that needed to be replaced but also a pump that DID NOT need to be replaced because it was properly working. I tried to speak to the manager Greg King who was very condescending and cynical. I requested to speak to the owner and didn’t get a call back. Please be Leary of dealing with this company as they are not willing to honor their work and charge for something that you do not need.
