I received great service from AAction Air from scheduling to service completion. Willie arrived within the scheduled timeframe, performed diagnostics, explained the issue, and completed the repair. He patiently answered questions and was very professional. I have used Aaction a few times in the past, and am always pleased with their service.

Quinton Bridges was the technician that serviced my system. He called ahead to let me know he was on the way. He arrived at the time he told me. Quinton went right to work. He was very polite and courteous while working. He was very patient and answered all of my questions until I had a clear understanding of what was being done. I would recommend Quinton and AAction Air.

The technician Willie was very professional and understanding! I explained to Courtney my apprehension due to the current pandemic prior to the appointment and they worked with me to make sure that the work needed was done while ensuring my safety. Very positive experience...They now have a permanent customer!

A Action resolved our heating issue and we are pleased with the service and workmanship. The Lithia Springs office and Courtney was professional and even expedited our service request to avoid us going into the weekend with no heat. This was especially appreciated having a small child in the home. Our tech, Quinton, was prompt, professional, pleasant and explained everything plainly and even offered recommendations on maintaining our system for the best results. We would recommend this company and use them again.

I can highly recommend AAction Air and in particular Courtney for her extraordinary customer service. Parts for my heating system required a week (a long time during a cold weather spell). Courtney took the extra consideration to keep me apprised of the part's status. Knowing she seemed genuinely concerned, made the wait tolerable. Willie came to the rescue!! Very professional and quick to do his job!!! My 11 yr old got to watch him and he explained everything to him! We are back in business!

This week Aaction Air came out to repair my home AC, in the Atlanta area, because it was not working. The Tech (Barbossa) was Excellent! He was very Professional, explained everything before and while completing the services. He was very knowledgeable of the situation and what was the problem and what needed to be done to correct the issue. He did not have the part to fully complete my services, (my air did work great, before he left, though) but a part was needed. They came back the next Day (Daniel) was also great and very Professional, keep me updated and did an excellent job also. My air is working perfectly! And just in time for these HOT Summer Days ahead. Great Service would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Eddie a technician from this company. He was super knowledgeable and very transparent about what was going on with my HVAC unit. Unfortunately, I will need my compressor replaced but I had two other technicians come and they said oh everything is fine and put “band aids” on my unit. He immediately found the problem and alerted me. He was very personable and great to work with. Keep up the great work! Thanks Eddie :)

We required a 2nd opinion based on a maintenance visit and Quentin came out to check our systems for us. Not only did he call twice and update us on his ETA, but he was extremely professional and did all the neccessary checks required to ensure our system was safe and operable. It is nice to know that there are still good people out there looking out for the customer while still providing great customer service and being professional at the same time. Not only was Quentin great, but Courtney at the office provided us with some great information and again was extremely professional and courteous at the same time. Kudos to AAction AC and Heating for a job well done!!

AAction Air went above and beyond to make sure that the issue with my AC unit was resolved. They dealt with me with integrity, they explained the issue with patient to make sure I understood exactly what my repair needs were.
I would happily refer them to my friends and neighbors. Thank you AAction Air.

Update to my original post. Everything I stated in my original post was accurate at the time. There was an issue that I had presented to Aaction Air and they assured me that they would resolve the issue.
I took them at their word when I wrote my original review.
To date, February 2024, I have NEVER heard back from them.

I rescind my original positive post.

I had no cold AC in my house in the dead of summer and my two dogs and I were miserable! I called after hours and Sheila walked me through the process with American Home Shield and was very clear and communicative with costs and how we could most effectively and quickly fix my issue.

When the technician arrived, he was very open about what was going on with my AC unit and even took the time to educate me on what to look for when things are acting up. He was super polite and respectful and took care of the issue with detail and extra care.

I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who needs a reliable AC repair tech and expert customer service.

Customer service is back! Had an upstairs AC unit break at the start of the June 2023 heatwave. The job was assigned to AAction Air by my home warranty company and boy did they come through. Katie and Courtney kept me (the landlord) and my new tenant informed throughout the estimating, scheduling and repair process to get us up and running again about as fast as it could possibly be done. I would happy use this company again just for their price, professionalism and responsiveness, but the outstanding customer service is what really makes them stand out in my mind. We need a lot more Katie and Courtney's out there these days.

My initial contact with this company from a home warranty request. I could not have been more happy with my service. The technician was prompt and efficient and very informative . I happily signed up for the maintenance plan and not has that saved me time money and stress. Great company for are your heating and cooling needs . I have even had some major repairs that were done ! They have awesome Technicians , Willie Richardson is one of the best ! I always request him and he does a great job ! I highly recommend this company !

Would recommend AAction air to anyone! Had several quotes from other companies, all told me something different. Called AAction Air and they came out the same day and had it fixed that same day. Very reasonable as well. Willie was so professional, responsive, on time, and most important honest in what I needed. And he took the time to show me what happened and how to prevent it in the future. Very appreciative of the service I received.

I had a great experience with the team at AAction. They came out the same day to diagnose my air conditioning issue. With Summer starting a few days away I thought it would significantly expensive but their rates are comparable and easy to understand.

Willie and Courtney offered excellent service and treated our home and time with care. If you are looking for a long-term service provider or a one-time fix (crosses fingers) this is the place! No matter, this company is a great choice.

Needed an HVAC company to fix my pool heater. AAction Air did a great job. Thanks to Willie for doing a great job.

RC was respectful of entering into my home he put shoe covers on his shoes, introduced himself and was ready to do his work. RC was professional and talkative about the air conditioning and heating system. His advice is well taken .
