Our Appt was on 9-15-20 Chris arrived On time, Professional(wore a mask), and Polite, also w/foot covers. He is very knowledgeable about the system, he adjusted our HVAC temperature because it was warm in the house and also loud. We are nice and cool now. He has a great demeanor, and a great laugh. He made us feel very comfortable. Thxs Chris. He deserves a raise! : )

Our old furnace went out on the coldest day in January 2014. The temperature in our house was about 60 degrees.
My husband got on his computer and found Ronald Smith H&A.
We have used them Spring and Fall to give our Air Conditioner unit and Furnace a good checkup. Something like this is a big investment in your home. Taking care of it means it will last a very long time.

I have used Ronald Smith Heating & Air for many years. Every last technician I have come in contact with has been professional, knowledgable, likeable, courteous and efficient. They hire top notch talent, who happen to also be good people. And the prices are comparable (and often less) than other HVAC companies. But I know the caliber of person who will walk through my door, and it's what puts them over the top for me. It is why I will continue my relationship with them and always refer them to my friends and neighbors.

They responded quickly to our request for service, unfortunately it had rained and a repair was unable to be completed same day, but they came back within 24 hours. Chris explained everything to me, got us running again and is a super nice guy.

Affordable and very knowledgeable about the latest HVAC technology. I am a custom home builder and have used Ronald Smith HVAC for over 10 years with no issues.

We loved our first visit from RS.

Our upstairs unit needed a valve replacement. Tim was our specialists and was honest and efficient on both visits.

This all happened around this past Christmas Eve, when the weather was rainy and gross, not the ideal working conditions. So, we set up pop-up tents over the units for Tim and we caught a break in the rain.

We have set up seasonal unit check-ups with RS.

Placed a call on a Saturday morning around 9 am—our A/C unit wasn’t running and had overheated. I’m happy I called Ronald Smith Heating & Air... they were out here by 1:00pm and finished by 1:30pm. I’m sitting here enjoying my cold AC again and feel confident we will be customers for life.

Thank you for my Carrier duel heating and air system. I am glad you replaced the duct work too. I am sleeping better and there is no dust in the house. I love the Infinity control system. The technicians did a wonderful job. They explained the new system and made me feel comfortable using same. This was a big job, but they finished in less than two days, ducts and new system. Just purchased a home in Carrollton, GA and called to have HVAC system checked and serviced. Quick response and excellent service. Also had ducts cleaned. Very happy with results. Greg, Colin and Tim all were very professional and provided great service. Highly recommend this company.

This company is the bee’s Knee’s. You want good customer service these guys got your back no matter what. My heat is as hot as I need it to be and my A/C is stellar. I’m the most comfortable I’ve ever been in my home. Ronald Smith is a guys guy, his face needs to be put on Mt. Rushmore for his resilience and power in the heating and air industry. Carrier has excellent equipment . Ronald Smith heating and Air was very professional and on time for service. I had a concern about the insulation. They came back and quickly solved the problem. They really do care about their customers.

I called to have my HVAC system looked at and they were bale to schedule me same day. Jefferey (tech) was very professional and explained to me what he was looking at and why as he worked. I was very happy with the service.

Update: Had to get a new air conditioning system. Top notch work! I will always recommend them because they have great pricing and I can not express enough great customer service!! Amazing service all around!!!!! THANK YOU!!

These guys did a great install for my home in April ‘18. It’s been running like a champ ever since. I called them for a warranty service call this morning, and there were two guys that came just shortly later on today to check and tune up anything that needed attention. Thanks Trevor and the rest of the Ronald Smith team.

Ashley was super easy to work with when scheduling. I told her about a few concerns, she documented and David was fully aware when he arrived. David was extremely efficient, polite and answered all of my questions without trying to “sell” me anything. Knowing that David installed my HVAC system when my house was built and was still familiar, is very comforting. Thanks again!

Chris came out to do my ac maintenance today. He was very professional. He answered all my questions regarding my current system and spent time explaining option I have to put a system in the basement. I have been happy with them since I purchased my system 6 years ago.

Brad was the technician that came out to my house. He showed up exactly when he said he was going to show up. He got the job done very quickly. The price I was quoted was the price I got. There were no hidden fees. I would highly recommend them if you need any repairs done especially in an emergency situation.

I highly recommend Ronald Smith Heating and Air. This is my second home I am using them to install a new system. They were fair with their price, showed up on time and finished the job in one day even staying until 7:00 to get it done. They were so professional and timely with their scheduling of the job too.
