Miguel, great guy from Russell Landscaping sorted out things in a fast and efficient manner at the Wayfield parking lot on MLK Jr drive. Everyone of the guys very professional and respectful.

Garrett is my account manager and he is very responsive and easy to work with! He often checks in with me to ensure the service quality is good, which I love. Great team and they keep my property looking great! Highly recommend.

Our apartment complex is Rockledge Apartments Near the battery and they only hire companies with the worst reviews because it’s the cheapest. This isn’t the only company that’s done this but every single time they come, which is random times I might add they blow All sorts of debris and trash all over the residence cars. That’s literally damaging to our cars. We usually try to move our vehicles every time we see them coming, however, like I stated, we never know when that is. I have literally sat and watched them dillydally and blow debris everywhere while having their phone in their other hand. With a whopping 2.9 on Google reviews, it completely makes sense that they are an absolutely terrible and unprofessional company.

This company does absolutely nothing to help our communities landscaping. They come 2-3 times a week and our landscaping looks horrendous. There are always weeds all throughout everyone’s yards and the shared spaces. They came yesterday and these pictures are from this morning so that speaks for itself.

Huge shoutout to this landscaping company for somehow redefining what “professional lawn care” means — apparently it now means wandering around aimlessly with leaf blowers while the grass grows into a wildlife preserve.

It’s honestly impressive how they manage to show up at completely random times, accomplish almost nothing, and still leave the neighborhood looking worse every single visit. The grass is cut with all the precision of a blindfolded carnival game. Some spots are scalped down to dirt while others are left tall enough to lose a small child in. Edges? Apparently those are either optional or they’re trying to make the largest trenches possible. Weed control? Must be part of a premium package nobody purchased.

But don’t worry — they definitely make sure to blow leaves and dust directly into the street for 45 minutes so it sounds like work is being done. If leaf blower operation were an Olympic sport, this crew would be world champions. Actual landscaping, however, appears to be completely outside their skill set.

At this point, I genuinely can’t tell if this company is understaffed, untrained, or actively competing to see how bad a landscaping service can get before someone finally cancels the contract. The neighborhood pays for lawn maintenance and somehow receives noise pollution and disappointment instead.

Truly elite levels of incompetence.

Blows leaves on cars and blames the owner

Manager is extra and blames customer for mishaps cause by workers who are careless.

DO NOT HIRE. Blew leaves all over the customers employees cars. Didn’t want to blow off the cars. Down right poor quality and craftsmanship. Do not hire!!

Drivers are very bad. 2 trucks in a row all the way down the hov lane in 85n. And then proceeded to change 4 lanes forcing both of their ways over to get to the 400 exit.

This Landscape company plans on working with Atlanta to build Cop city on sacred grounds. Atlanta population has grown in blacks and browns. The supporting of cop city would only further hurt our people.

No respect ❌ for people or their property!!! Especially my car with me setting off the alarm..!!! Why ??? And stop trying to look inside of 🚗🚗🚗 cars on a sly!!!!!! Ridiculous...!!!! pulling your work truck up on people cars Really!!!!!!!

If you want the B Squad of Landscaping services then look no further. Grass and various other debris tossed on vehicles carelessly. Unprofessional/inability to actually mow a lawn properly. Too lazy to use their backpack blowers to clean up their own messes afterwards. Their end of the year trims kill at least one bush a year (have yet to replace a single one as of yet). You never see the same people twice so there is no point in complaining. It clearly must be a sad company to work for with that kind of turn over ratio. I would never recommend Russell Landscape or Kelly Landscaping for any services to anyone.

I see I'm not alone in this company's unprofessional behavior. They blew dirt and grass all over my car at the Tolleson Park. I called the corporate office and have not heard back from them so I guess the unprofessionalism begins there.

I tried to call the office to report a driver that cut me off on the road, but I was hung up on while trying to tell someone. So I emailed, only to be insulted and called a liar. I have no business with this company but from the actions shown here I strongly encourage everyone to stay away!

We have Russell Landscape Group through our HOA and they have been a complete utter disaster to work with since day one. When it comes to cutting weeds, they never do anything, when it comes to growing grass and maintaining the land, the service it is non existent. When it comes to showing up in general, you can’t tell the difference from before they came and after. If it were up to me, I would have fired this company within the first three months of having them. DO NOT HIRE this institution for their services. If you do, then I promise you that you will live to regret it. They are a terrible institution and some of the laziest individuals I have ever seen! I don’t understand why our HOA pays these guys for a service they do not provide. Most of the time after they come, I have to go out and maintain my own yard because if I leave it to them, then it remains a mess.There is a reason they have 2.8 stars….they suck!

If I could give this landscaping company less than 1 star I would. We pay an arm and a leg to our HOA for landscaping that is completely unacceptable. For one, it’s like they pick and choose which yards to do work on. It’s like every other house was done and it makes our community look horrible. There’s no edging done. They don’t clean up any of the shrub from when they are “done”doing the work. Also, not to mention I’ve seen with my own two eyes, workers use their riding mowers and just go over the same places multiple times, leaving for uneven cutting. Lastly and this is really the best, they don’t pay attention to the wiring in the yards and they run right over them chopping them up causing us to lose wifi and then us, the homeowners, have to pay a $99 service fee to have our internet company come out and fix it!!! Truly have never seen such a negligent landscaping company in my life. Thank goodness we are ending our contract with them in a few months and can finally be done with this terrible company. BEWARE!
