Quick Action Plumbers is great!! This is the second service that they performed at my residence and this time was just a great as the first. I had an urgent issue that needed to be addressed and they came out the same day and fixed it. Alexis and Marcos arrived and were very nice, thorough and efficient. I appreciate their hard work and efficiency and addressing my issue in an urgent way...that was also not very costly. Thank you Quick Action! My go to plumber.

Willy, my technician was extremely knowledgeable, professional and provided solid advice regarding plumbing repairs after my pipe burst from a freeze. Would highly recommend Quick Action for your plumbing needs.

The name of the company speaks for itself. Roger V. and his partner was able to identify the issue, go and purchase the parts and replace the busted pipe all in an hour and 45 minutes. Very professional and informative. I highly recommend Quick Action Plumbers. They also referred me to a mediation company which is used and was satisfied with.

Quick Action plumbers are just that, quick action. They came replaced my water heater upgraded me from a 40 gallon to a 50 gallon for the same price. There was a minor Issue after the install, but the Owner sent the technicians back out there to rectify the problem. The owner and technicians were very professional and very thorough. As a landlord with a few properties I'm giving them my highest recommendation to anyone with plumbing issues. Great job guys..

Well just like their name implies, "Quick Action Plumbers", I called the Mableton location at 9am about a problem with my pressure reducing valve, after hanging up the very nice receptionist text me, scheduling me for a time window of 10am - 1pm, letting me know that the Technician would text me when they were on their way. At 10am the Technician text me and he was there at 10:05am along with his associate! They were both professional and extremely nice, and did a great job replacing the valve. Plus they gave me a senior citizen discount!

These guys are great! They were able to fit me in to their schedule in less than 24 hours from when I called, even though I didn't have an urgent issue. When Alexis arrived, he quickly identified the issue and fixed it. No more leak! The price for the job was very reasonable and the work quality was excellent. I will definitely be using Quick Action Plumbers again if the need arises!

When the winter freeze cause a pipe to burst and my mother-in-law's old house I called around to close by plumbers to see if they could come and shut the water off and assess the problem. No one could make it out any sooner than 3 to 5 hours later, even the city water department couldn't make it out within a day. I found quick action and gave them a call and within 2 minutes of hanging up for making an appointment they sent me a text with Alexis on his way! Alexis and his associate came and helped us turn off the water and assess the problem and give us a great solution. I'm keeping them in my speed dial, quick action plumbing was an excellent find. Highly recommend them! I will certainly be using them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Same day service, dispatch was great, didn’t waste time asking pointless questions. Techs were great, arrived quickly and got straight to work on fixing the leaky WCV. Pricing extremely fair for emergency service. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Got up yesterday and noticed water around my hot water heater. I knew exactly who to call. Quick ACTION Plumber . Called and made an appointment, Desmond and his partner arrived early, which was good. Looked over everything and discovered it was not my hot water heater. It was the pressure regulator valve which contols the water pressure coming into my home. My house is old so they had to completely replace it. Very professional, very friendly. Explained everything to me. Showed me what he was replacing, and he showed me how to cut off the water if I ever needed to. I have found a wonderful Plumber company. I am happy that I trust them and feel they are doing an excellent job. Thank you, guys, for your help

They are always super quick to send someone out to my cafe. Desmond has been very helpful multiple times! Great service always - highly recommend!!

Desmond was the best!! So professional kind, and offered several recommendations!! Will definitely call them back for all my plumbing needs!!!

Perfect service recovery!!
I’ve used Quick action since I purchased my home and have been very pleased with their work. This specific time I contacted them about a leaking pipe under my bathroom sink. A technician was sent out the same day to service the sink. I was unpleased with the work because although he repaired the leak, I paid for a pop up assembly and the technician did not fully replace the assembly, only the pull-up. I contacted the office the next day to address the issue, they asked for pictures and agreed that the service was not completed.
No questions asked they went into service recovery mode. I was fully refunded for the sink, the parts were ordered to complete the job and service was scheduled to correct the issue.
Today they replaced the pop up assembly free of charge and I added the other sink as it is a double sink and they replaced it for a discounted fee.
I will continue to use quick action for all of my plumbing needs. I was impressed by their service recovery and quick handling of this issue, no excuses were made just resolve!!
Great customer service and great work always!! I highly recommend Quick action for all plumbing needs!

Quick Action Plumbers - True to Their Name!

On 12/13, I reached out to Quick Action Plumbers after researching local plumbers to fix a clogged pipe. Their great reviews convinced me to give them a try. Willy and his team arrived promptly, identified the problem, and resolved it efficiently.

Fast forward 11 days to Christmas Eve morning—I woke up to a busted pipe. Unrelated to the first vist. I called Quick Action Plumbers again, and to my surprise, they were at my house within 10–15 minutes! Willy not only fixed the issue but also provided invaluable advice. I mentioned I was about to contact my insurance company, and he recommended I hold off and referred me to a restoration team. They came out quickly, assessed the damage, and guided me through the insurance claim process.

I’m incredibly grateful for Willy’s expertise—not just in plumbing but also in navigating situations like these. Quick Action Plumbers lived up to their name, offering both outstanding professional service and insightful guidance. I highly recommend them!
