They fixed the brick stairs coming into my home. They had settled in the 20 years since the home was built and become quite a hazard. I was afraid to have people over because they would often fall on the stairs. I had looked for years for someone to fix them before I found Lanche. They finished the project in one day. My steps are now the same size and level. I wasn't sure it could be done, but they did an amazing job! I couldn't recommend them more highly!

I highly recommend Lanche Home and Land! We’ve had them for years seasonally opening and closing down our sprinkler system, fixing broken sprinkler heads, and repairing accidental messes that we make! Recently, they built an irrigation water runoff area to cover an exposed pipe and it looks beautiful!

What began as a landscaping nightmare ended up being a blessing in disguise! We had hired a local landscaping company (name not to be mentioned!) to do some work for us. During the process, they damaged a sprinkler line and could not repair it themselves and we were given the name and phone number of Lanche Home and Land to come to our rescue and repair the damage. The response was immediate and the problem was corrected! Speaking with Perla and meeting Damasco was such a comforting and reassuring feeling, we knew that we had found a local, quality company that we wanted to continue a relationship with. At that point, we fired the first landscaping company and have worked solely with Lanche Home and Land. The quality of their work is exceptional and our lawn is beautiful! Thank you Perla, Damasco and crew, what a Godsend you have been!!

Amazing customer service. I'm impressed with their creatively with problem solving and how fast they can recognize challenges. I look forward to years of working with them on my irrigation and landscaping needs. It's nice to work with a company that can do it all (sod, irrigation, landscaping design, concrete work, etc.)

Damaso and Perla are wonderful and the level of service and outcome that they provide are second to none. From the beginning, Perla was in frequent contact and was incredibly easy to work with. There were no shady games that many home service providers play, they were transparent about pricing (and, might I add, extremely reasonable for the quality of work provided... they even met me where I was at when I told them my budgetary constraints), and were extremely quick with getting the work at my place done. Now my home's exterior is completely transformed for the better and if I ever need anything done, I'll be returning as a customer. Could not recommend highly enough.

Lanche Home and Land is amazing! Perla and Damaso came to my house and gave me very fair estimates, showed up on time and kept to the budget we discussed. They are wonderful to work with and true to their word. I will absolutely be using Lanche again in the future!
