Arshia came out to inspect plumbing and discovered a pipe had burst. He acted quickly and professionally to resolve the situation under very unusual circumstance with the homeowner being out of the country. He was very responsive, transparent and upfront about the exact work that had to be done and completed it very timely cleaning up perfectly! Highly recommend him and will be calling on him again!

Arshia and Chase did a great job fixing a clogged kitchen drain. Probably because the temperature drop over the weekend, the years of grease along the drain finally hardened and clogged up. I sent a request on Thumbtack and they reached out to me to get more info, and was able to give me a quote over the phone with my description of the problem. Came over later and very good communication on 15 mins traffic delays, which are those small details that show the professionalism and i really appreciated it.

They arrived, looked at the area, confirmed the price. I wanted them to redo the pipes under the sink and they gave me a quote and we agreed. Then they started right away, and did their job perfectly in about 1.5 hrs.

They cleaned up the workspace afterwards and gave me some tips on how to maintain. I really appreciated the professionalism they showed during the process and the work quality.

Overall, very good experience and we will reach out to them every time we have a plumbing issue moving forward.

Elco Tech is one of the best companies I have encountered in years. Arshia was
very thorough and knowledgeable about his craft. He communicated extremely well and informed us about the issues we had with the leaks in both properties. Arshia was so detailed in explaining where the leaks were coming and also provided some insights to things we wouldn’t have known. I’m so happy that we chose this company to resolve our issues. I am beyond glad that we found a trustable company that we can rely on utilize long term. Prices were certainly reasonable for the amount of time/work that was done. We had a sump pump/ sewage pump issue that sprang up right before we were expecting company for the weekend. Our regular plumber we trusted wasn’t available for nearly a week so we found Elco Tech based off good reviews we read about them. We thought we’d give them a try. Arshia and Chase came over within 24 hours of us reaching out. They were actually early which was a great surprise. They identified the issue right away and came up with a solution to fix. They were complete within a few hours and were so fast they had a chance to fix a leaky shower spout in the guest bathroom. I can’t recommend them enough and will definitely reach out to them again when we need work done. Thanks guys!

I needed an electric hot water heater replaced. Also required moving my dryer out of the way to access it. Arshia was professional and got the job done - handling it in the estimated time frame and at the price quoted. Couldn’t be more pleased. Had me run the lines to get rid of all of the air and was on his way. Easy enough! So very pleased and will use again! Communication skills are great too!

Arshia did an AMAZING job! My sink was getting hot but my tub and shower wasn’t and his expertise is so good that although they don’t install waterless tanks, he still knew the infrastructure of how it was placed in my shower and was able to get my hot water! He was very patient with me and really kind. 20/10!

We had a new sink installed. Chase & Arshia showed up on time, were very professional, and meticulous about their work. They ensured countertops were cut to perfection, removed outdated piping and installed new ones that were up to code. Pricing is very competitive. Highly recommend these honest and hardworking guys!

Very happy with Arshia's work and knowledge. Our water heater leaked and I found out on Saturday and posted on Thumbtack, same day he responded was able to quote estimate based on pictures and setup an appointment for Monday. His installation is of a good quality and importantly he left the place really tidy. He told me he will stand behind his work and to call him if I encounter any issues with the new water heater. I highly recommend.

Arshia and Chase serviced my home today and I was very impressed with their work. I was told by another plumber that 2 parts in my toilet bowl had to be replaced. Arshia came in and fixed the problem immediately. He tightened a few things and it was fixed! I'm so appreciative! He also replaced my expansion tank for an affordable price. Very great work! I needed my garbage disposal and faucet replaced and also pipes under my kitchen sink replaced and rearranged. After submitting my request via thumbtack, Arshia responded within 10 minutes. He was professional, seemed knowledgeable and was flexible with his pricing. Arshia arrived the next morning to complete the work and did a great job. In person he was also very professional and polite, he was punctual, and I appreciated that he took the time to clean up the area where he worked. My overall experience with Arshia was a good one and I’m happy to recommend him for any plumbing work that you may need.

These professionals responded swiftly to my online inquiry for a weird horn like sound, that I heard when the water was running. They were able to diagnose the problem and repair it the same morning. Problem is now fixed. Highly recommend them.
