I researched companies and it was out of Kiwi and a competitor. I'm glad I went with Kiwi. The warranty for carpet cleanings is exactly what I need since I have toddlers. Troy was AMAZING!! He was very knowledgeable, personable and professional. He made sure to address my concerns and answer any and all questions I had. I highly recommend this company for your carpet cleaning needs.

Kiwi Services is prompt to return calls to give quotes. The prices are very reasonable. We have used them on several occasions and are happy with the service they provide. We have 3 dogs, so it is necessary to periodically have our rugs cleaned. They come back to us in great condition, smelling good and clean. Also love that they pick up and deliver your rugs to you. No hassles.

I've been with Kiwi from their start - and my loyalty is reaffirmed year-after-year. Professional, on-time, efficient and aiming to please, they have cleaned my carpet with precision. We just moved into a new house, and the carpet needed cleaning. My experience so far has been great! I've had to make several date changes, but the Kiwi Team stayed in touch with me, and helped me to reschedule and finally set a firm date. Their customer service has been wonderful!

I have used Kiwi Services for about 5 yrs. Every time they come to my home they are professional, on time, and efficient. My carpet looks wonderful and it is 15 yrs. old. I have allergies but the cleaning solution they use is very mild and has never caused me a problem. I would recommend Kiwi anytime.

The professionalism and quality of service I received was excellent. My carpets looked like new after months of much heavy traffic. I've used Kiwi for over two years, having them come out and do initial and warranty cleanings every few months since I have 2 dogs. Not only is the carpet in perfect condition after every visit, the technicians are on-time, polite and skilled.

I also had a carpet repair done and when I walked in the room, I couldn't tell where the hole had previously been. That's how good the repair was!

I love that the carpet dries fresh and quickly. I will continue to use Kiwi and refer them to others! And excited to use them for other services like upholstery cleanings!

When I called to schedule an appointment, the lady on the phone was so helpful and worked with me on a price that would fit my budget and needs. When my appointment day arrived, I was worried that I would be waiting all morning for the tech, but he showed up on time, introduced himself, and did a great job. His name is Troy, and he was so nice, funny, and professional. I will definitely call Kiwi and ask for Troy the next time we need our carpets cleaned!

I stumble upon kiwi services doing a Google search for carpet cleaning in read the reviews and was pleased with their ratings. They came to my home on time play my sectional which was very large and my stairs and did an amazing job my couch look brand new and stairs were nice and clean. the gentleman that came to the home was very professional very courteous and I will definitely will use their services in the future.

I just had 3 rooms, 4 closets, 2 stair cases and an area rug cleaned; and the Kiwi tech did a fabulous job! Their tech arrived on time and was courteous & very professional. He was also able to perform a carpet repair on one of the staircases. I couldn't be happier with the result! This service was a great value, and took only a couple of hours to complete. I highly recommend Kiwi Services. You can be sure that this is the only carpet cleaning company that I will ever use!!

They come in, do their work efficiently and explain everything they are doing carefully and clearly.
