Jordan responded within minutes of my request after my Heat Pump was leaking. Within 24 hours, Jordan was able to rectify the issue and also complete a checklist to ensure there were no other problems on my property. Exceptional service!!

Our water heater unfortunately sprung a major link. From the time I called the office, to the time the plumber (Jerome) showed up was only 30min (Awesome)! Jerome was extremely helpful and professional throughout this process. I will definitely be using their services again if needed, and will absolutely recommend them to anyone needing their services! These guys are top tier the best!!!! They came to replace one unit back in September for me and did an excellent job. I had to replace my second unit this last week and they came back out with no hesitation. Showed up on Christmas Eve with a Christmas gift for me too (so stinking sweet) they were clean, efficient, very very respectful, quick and explained everything I needed to know.

I’m calling them out because between my first visit back in Aug to diagnose my old systems to getting two brand new ones, each of them did a wonderful job and all deserve a raise, bonus or a paid day off to go hunting!!! I used Air Force Heating and Air for an outdoor leaky faucet. The guys who came out were friendly and concise. They told me what I needed and quoted me a fair price. Next day they did the job in a timely manner with no issues. I would definitely recommend this company.

I contacted Air Force Heating and Air when the A/C fully died at my house on a hot weekend and they were amazing to work with. Tom was patient with all my questions, priced the replacement unit very fairly compared to other quotes I got, and he even helped fix the flow of the air in the house. Air Force Heating & Air is a great company that I highly recommend for any HVAC services. I gave them a call and they were able to come out the next morning. Everyone was so nice and professional from scheduling down to maintenance. My tech Noah was amazing! He was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. He was very thorough and explained everything to me as he was doing the job. He also made my unit look so clean and new! Ask for Noah for your next maintenance!

Ron came out and fixed my pressure relief quick and at a decent cost. Their dispatch called a few times to let me know when they would arrive and all that. Really happy with the work.

Under contract with a 9-year old home and had Michael with Air Force Heating & Air inspect the home's entire HVAC unit to ensure the system is in acceptable working order. Michael was immediately available for inspection, inspected the entire system, took photos of everything inspected because I wasn't able to attend the inspection, called me directly with a thorough report of every system component, and emailed the report with photos of the inspected system components for my records. Michael's professionalism, knowledge and thoroughness was stellar. I will definitely contact this HVAC service company for future maintenance and service work in the future.

This review is for the work Ben and Charley did at my mother’s house. They were very informative about her heat pump and very efficient. She liked their work so much and trusted that they knew what they were doing she took one of the package deals. Great job guys!!

I got home Tuesday afternoon from moving my son's family to FL and did not have heat. I have a service contract with them and had a scheduled appt. to service my furnace on Wed. morning. They came on time as promised. Once they checked things out, they and gave me price to repair. Three major components needing replacing so I asked for the cost for the furnace to be replaced. Quote was reasonable, included installation, 10 year warranty, and 2 years labor warranty. I was offered several financing options if needed including no interest options, I chose to finance with their finance company and was approved in minutes. Installation was scheduled for the next day (Thursday). They arrived first thing in the morning and installed my new furnace and programable thermostat in an amazingly short period of time. They cleaned up their work area and you would not know they had been there except I now have heat. All three technicians were respectful, courteous, and knowledgeable. They explained and answered my questions about everything I needed to know. I would highly recommend Air Force Heating and Air for anyone needing their services,
