They can out on Sunday morning for a sewer back up. Not ideal timing. They arrived early, found the issue and were very informative on next steps/options. Highly recommend.

We received prompt service from Plumb Medic. Nick, our technician, was knowledgeable, professional, and spent the time necessary to answer all of our questions and concerns. Their fees are very reasonable, and we will continue to use them in the future and recommend them to friends and family.

On a Sunday night round 11 pm and I had water coming out of the bottom of my toilet so I scrambled to find a plumber. I randomly chose Plumb Doctor based on the high reviews and I am so lucky I did. Brandon, the owner, told me what to do to stop more water from coming out and the next day, Cody came out to snake and camera my system. He found the clog which ended up being a tree root ball so he set up the team to dig up my yard to come the next day. I also had him check my water pressure because I always thought it was high. Not only did he check it but also checked my water heater and found that the expansion tank was installed incorrectly which was the main culprit along with the PRV. Very thorough and was able to explain and show to me what the issue was.

The next day, Tim and Cameron came out to replace the piping that had the root ball. They got that taken care of, but Cody told them to camera the rest of the system as well just to be sure. Low and behold, there was another root ball at the connection to the city pipe cause by lazy installation by the home builders. Tim and Cameron were at my house all day and were able to take care of both blockages so I could use water that night. Tim is also a master of the Bobcat and contoured my front lawn, which is far from flat, and made it look good (minus not having grass).

Cody came the next day, which was his earliest availability, and replaced the expansion tank and the PRV. The work he did made the original job look like a joke. He also provided me options for quality/price for the PRV and suggested the best quality option for my needs. He did not even try to up sell me on the highest end PRV, which he said was overkill as I only have 2.5 bathrooms.

The transparency and honesty of Plumb Doctors has made this horrible experience much less worse and they have definitely earned a place as my go-to plumbers. A++

These guys were great! They came out on Christmas Eve, tried calling other companies as well and no one would answer their phone. They answered right away and came out within a couple hours. They found the leak had the parts with them and repaired everything that day. Great service I will be using them for any future repairs.

We had our main water line blow out. Had Brandon out to the house and he did a phenomenal job in every aspect from communication, to quality of work and effort out in to exploring every repair option. I would recommend Brandon to anyone who needed plumbing work of any kind done.

Brandon and the Plumb Doctor team are truly amazing plumbers who went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied and smiling when the job was done! It’s always A pleasure knowing the Plumb Doctor always goes the extra mile on my home. So far they have installed my garbage disposal, Hot water heater, I had copper pipes that had pinhole leaks in them and fixed 2 leaky faucets. Very trustworthy as Ken found a Diamond ring in drainage pipe underneath the sink and gave it to me. Come to find out it was the previous homeowners wife’s wedding ring she lost almost 10 years ago. If you want it done cheap call your brother-in-law…. if you want it done, and done right the first time, call THE PLUMB DOCTOR.

I am updating my previous post from a couple of years agon. Once again Plumb Doctor delivered. We had a pretty massive outdoor water leak that went through to our foundation. Not only did they diagnose the problem but fixed it in less than a half day at reasonable price. Brandon and team were reliable, friendly, and got the job done. Easily could have gauged me for the work they did but charged me a very reasonable price. We will continue to use them again for all of our plumbing needs.

Plumb Doctor took care of an emergency plumbing fix on a Saturday. Their technician Matthew was efficient and respectful. He explained everything clearly and even took care to make sure that the fixture finishes matched what I had. These are honest folks and they do good work for a fair price. I'm so happy I found them and they will be my go to for future plumbing needs.

David and Jake were outstanding! We have used the Plumb Doctor for 14 years now for various issues in our previous house as well as our current home. Over the years they have replaced four toilets in our house, fixed a broken toilet, and today came out to replace a faucet in our half bath. And because they were so thorough in checking water pressure and other things they found that our pressure regulator needed to be replaced as well as our water heater that we’ve had for 17 years and was on its way out. David did an excellent job at explaining everything that needed to be done. Both David and Jake were excellent, super friendly and answered all of my questions. They even put up with my yappy Yorkie! Brandon the owner is also outstanding. Anytime we’ve called him he has guys to come out that day. Hands down excellent service!

I called plumb doctor in the middle of the night on a weekend for an emergency situation in my basement. They came out immediately, were super professional, and fixed me up. The owner, Brandon, was communicative and seemed to have my best interests in mind. I'll be using their services for any future needs and highly recommend them.

Have used plumb doctor twice - once to install a water heater and once to replace water line from the meter to the house. They were on time, friendly and professional. Brandon was excellent and appreciate the professional experience.

10/10 recommend. Called on the weekend and Brandon the owner was very friendly, even offered to come out that night when I got home to just help with the overflow. Matthew was out the next morning, was friendly, informative, efficient. He not only fixed the clogged, he checked my water pressure and corrected a year long pain point for me. Brandon called just to check in as well. I have saved their information for future needs and will be sharing with anyone I know this is the company to use. My water heater died. I called Plumb Doctor that afternoon. Their guy Fletcher arrived an hour later with a complete diagnosis of the problem and a fair price for replacement. After returning with the new water heater, he had it up and running in just a few hours. Great customer service. I was very impressed. Plumb Doctor is now my go-to plumber!

Fletcher from Plumb Doctor took great care with my plumbing issue. Once he diagnosed the problem during an after hours appointment and explained what had to be done the next day (replacement of the backwater valve) I was able to plan accordingly for the repair. He he took time to show me the pipe and explain what he was doing and encouraged me to take photos. He also showed me where my meter is and how to turn it off if I ever need to. Definitely keeping their number in my phone and recommending to anyone in need of a GOOD plumber. Stephanie at the office was also wonderful to work with - she coordinated the late visit and called me to notify me of the plumber's ETA for each visit.

Called Brandon at 8pm on a Saturday when our sewer backed up and he had someone out at 8am the following morning. When they discovered our main sewer line was completely blocked by tree roots, they then showed up the next day and completed the major repair in a very timely manner. Both Brandon and Matthew are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Great prices and amazing customer service. Would highly recommend Plumb Doctor to anyone!

David was fantastic to work with in person and Debbie was great over the phone. The owner, Brandon, even came out to assist with the work. I was given a diagnosis, complete with tiered options and timeline for repair. The team was in and out within half a day and the quality of work was excellent!
