Our septic tank backed up and I couldn’t be happier with the response of Express Plumbing. Excellent customer service and fair prices. They arrived earlier than expected, which was great! When your toilets aren’t working, the sooner the better! They worked in the cold and rain to get the job completed. I know working outdoors is part of their job, but it was miserable that day and we ran into a couple of challenges. Yet they always maintained a professional, positive attitude. Thank you Timothy, Kelly, and Tyler. I will definitely use this company in the future.

If there were 10 stars offered, y’all would have them all. I was impressed with the courtesy and the excellent work ethics. A family business that you can trust to do a great job at a fair price.

My toilet was bubbling and my septic needed to be drained. After reviewing many companies. Express plumbing had the best reviews. Well, there is a reason for those positive reviews. Booking was a breeze, responding to sevices was very quick. I was not home, but Justin kept me in the loop of everything that he was doing. He even gave pointers on how to manage my septic tank monthly. My family and are very appreciative of the work that was completed. I highly recommend Express Plumbing and Septic. THANK YOU

Richard and Colton were honest, and the job was well done. Arrived earlier than scheduled after confirming someone would be home. Many other events took place during this visit, and Richard was very clear on what to expect. The job was not done until it was DONE! It was a pleasure working with Justin and Joe of Express Plumbing and Septic. We needed our septic tank pumped and are so glad we chose them. They were very professional, prompt and knowledgeable. The plumbers quickly identified my issues gave an estimate then scheduled the work. They accommodated my schedule for the repairs and did a great job. Give this company a chance, I’m impressed with them.

Called on Monday and was able to book for Friday. Very knowledgeable and gave us tips on how to keep our septic tank maintained. Spoke with Justin and he was very kind. The team that came out was very friendly. I would definitely recommend. We will be using them in the future.

I can’t say enough regarding the punctuality, communication, quality of service and overall experience regarding Express. Justin was very respectful and easy to work with. And unlike most septic companies he didn’t once try and lie his way into selling me services my system didn’t need. I will push their services and recommend to anyone who has the unfortunate need of plumbing or septic service.

Received same day service and tech came out shortly after initial call for an appointment. The pleasant woman who took my call was friendly and personable. I trust that the leak repair was done well if the tech and staff are any indication. No idea how to compare costs so relatively fair cost. Rare find.

We had a great experience! We called they came out to look the next day and quoted us a price and added us to the schedule. Done on the scheduled date! Kevin was great to deal with and Tyler was quick to respond! We used them in the past to empty our septic but was so happy they did plumbing as well! They were respectful and courteous, and kept me informed if they were on a job that would prevent them from being at my house at the given appointment time. I called 5 different companies to come out and do an estimate. Only Express showed up, and it was earlier than the scheduled appointment time. My wife was there and said they were very knowledgeable and courteous and she liked them. We are waiting on a couple of more estimates.

I want to share the excellent experience I got from Express Plumbing & Septic when they came to pump out my septic tank. From the very beginning when I called about an estimate, they answered all of my questions especially since I've never had a septic tank before. They were very upfront with me and even gave me some great tips on maintaining my tank in between maintenance flushes. With the great competitive up-front price, I scheduled an appointment. A couple days before my appointment they called because they had a cancellation and put me in early. They arrived on time and Justin and his team broke down what would happen every step of the process. Justin was very professional and showed me all the components of the septic tank and what to do for a well-maintained tank.

Have not yet received service but called in to schedule service for my septic system. Representatives were very polite and informed me of them having an October 2024 special on Septic Tank request pumping without any problems other than need to have septic tank pumped. Which I thought was a great deal. Call for details.

These guys are awesome! We were having issues with our septic tank and they came out the very next day, exactly at the scheduled time. They were knowledgeable, quick, efficient, and very polite. They also gave us an amazing price. I am extremely happy with the service that we received and they are now our go-to for all our plumbing needs.
