Stay away from this builder they are making few subdivisions in norcross and tucker named creekside 3/4/5 bedroom homes all homes aa junk the builder never responds for any warranty work we r tired of sending them notices never responded then we sent a registered mail twice it came back as no one signed it as they never recieved anything my home has entire ceiling coming down within 6 months of closing on bran new home Entire house is junk

Purchased a home in 2020. Sent numerous letters per the Warranty guidelines. Don't bother with Registered mail...it will not be signed for. Standard mail ONLY and we've gotten no reply. Emails, phone calls, nothing is responded to. The house is a nice layout and seems to sell quickly because of that but BUYER BEWARE! No one is being responded to in our development for any warranty items and it seems others in other developments are having the same problem. Shameful!
