We’ve used Cleaning Authority for decades and have always been extremely satisfied with the quality of cleaning, the delightful crew who comes, and the office staff.

Been using cleaning authority for years now! I never have to worry about vacuuming or keeping house clean with them. Especially loved work of Felicia and Edisa, how friendly they were and detailed. Thank you so much and looking forward to have you guys back shortly!

We've used TCA for about a year now and we are very happy with the service. In particular we are pleased with the thorough and professional work done by Briana and Stephanie. They are a delight to have in our home and we appreciate the special care they take during this time of social distancing.

We've used The Cleaning Authority (Duluth) for over 2 years and they have always done a great job! Edisa and her crew are especially amazing! Today, they even wiped down my daughter's toys. They always go above and beyond! I highly recommend!

I've been using this company for about a year, and I couldn't be happier. Most cleaners slack off after the first few visits. This company has a manager who comes out on occasion to walk through the house when the team is cleaning. She's been to my house several times to make sure everything was to my liking. I would highly recommend this company.

Kathleen and Alex just left from cleaning my house today and it looks fantastic! They used the proper precautions (masks and gloves) and were very detailed and thorough. The TCA team is always dependable; I really count on them to keep my home clean and safe.

We have been using The Cleaning Authority for six months and have been really pleased with the quality of service. Louda and Elsie do a great job! Very pleasant and concerned about doing a quality cleaning! But so far all of the team has been great to deal with and always responsive.

TCA Duluth always does an excellent job in my home. Their professionalism is top notch. I've used a few other cleaning services that I was unhappy with due to their inconsistency and lack of professionalism. But TCA has been consistently providing good quality service to me for two years now. Special thanks to Keosha and Shika for the excellent job that they always do!

The ladies were professional and courteous. They did a great job cleaning and finished in a decent amount of time. I'm happy with their service. I used this company for my old house too and was pleased with the service then as well. I would highly recommend them.

We have been using The Cleaning Authority for more than 15 years. This time has included cleaning with teenagers in the house, to empty nesters and now retirement.The cleaning service has been good through each stage. On the rare occasion when I needed to communicate a question or problem the response has been friendly and quick.

This Tuesday our house was cleaned by Latisha, Donna and Emily. They were friendly and efficient. Latisha has been cleaning our home for the last 2 years. She and her team has always done a good job.

Most recently, Brook, Cara, Ciara and Donna have cleaned our home and have done an outstanding job! They diligently follow the prescribed areas of rotation and additional tasks and never miss a thing. We can't thank them enough, and highly recommend TCA.

We love the cleaning authority! I like their rotation schedule and that you have a detailed overview of what is being done each time. Their easy to use app is great to know when they will arrive. Anytime we need to make changes to our schedule, they are always accommodating!
