They didn't carry what I needed, but the gentleman at the counter told me exactly where I needed to go to get it. That's customer service, and why I always start with Johnstone for my HVAC supplies.

I'm an a/c technician. Since I graduated, I've found that this is a great place to buy, and even to get great tech advice. Prices are great as well. Better than other supply warehouses in Atlanta.

This store has been helpful and friendly with my small repair business. If they can’t help they know where to point me to get what I need. Great price on caps and parts. In like this location and will go out of my way to do business here.

Their customer service skills have improved alot in 2 years, still kinda slow behind the register(They need some young energy in that location)and a line builds up sometimes. Overall they are good. Been a johnstone customer for over 10 years all the way in VA to GA

Will only sell to liscenced contractors. Furnace fan motor burnt up. At least they pointed me to someone who sells to handy homeowners.

Why is it called “supply” if they have no supplies like and I quote “we don’t have any snaplock pipe or anything like that here”

Ordered a Goodman pressure switch at 7:45 AM the associate Dale advised that they had one in stock in their College Park location. I was told it would be there around 1 PM which was perfect as I have a new born at home with no heat. Checked at 1:45 PM the truck had not arrived and the associate told me he would call once it did. 4:40 PM I have to call them to check status and was advised that the part did not make the transfer. Last time I will ever try and do business with them and I will make sure to point others to Mingledorff's in the future. PROCEED WITH CAUTION IF YOU ORDER PARTS FROM JOHNSTONE SUPPLY
