I have been using Spencer for over 20 years. They are a pleasure to work with and always have knowledgeable professionals to assess and maintain my HVAC system, like Alessandro today.

Knowledgeable, professional, and methodical in helping us assess what was wrong with our HVAC system (which was installed by a different company than Spencer). We now have the proof we needed to get the original installer to acknowledge that there's a severe problem.

We have been customers of Spencer Heating & Air for years. They are always friendly, honest, and straightforward. I wouldn’t use anyone else. Alessandro serviced our house today and the customer service was fantastic as always.

I had a very confident referral to Spencer Heating and Air as being a very honest and good company to work with. After Dana got my call yesterday afternoon of my air conditioning not working, she got a technician to my house very quickly that afternoon. Austin showed up very eager to help, friendly and again very honest! He inspected all of my unit and diagnosed the problem along with it being covered by warranty. Unfortunately it was a unique motor that he did not have on his truck, so he made plans to come back the following morning to install it. I was very excited for him to be the same repairman that returned today and thoroughly fixed my air conditioning and checked everything throughout the unit. He is a very accomplished HVAC repairman and I would recommend him for anyone in need of his services. I'm so glad I called Spencer Heating and Air to get this accomplished within 24 hours, and I have cool air in my home! Thank you!

Spencer does a great job. Their office admins are super friendly and easy to schedule. The techs service techs are polite, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Alex did a great job communicating with us about the work he planned to do. We had experienced small problem with a unit Spencer had NOT installed. Alex was happy to fix the problem, even though it was not Spencer‘s work. I truly appreciated this. Before leaving, he did a great job explaining to us everything that he did.

Thank you Spencer Heating and Air for your professional reliable services! You excel at prompt response and resolution during outages or equipment failure. Today the heating system was blowing frigid air. There was a truck in the driveway within a hour! Thanks to Barbara and Peter for making that happen. I highly recommend Spencer for ongoing service.

Alex was friendly and professional. He quickly identified the issue and made the necessary changes to the duct straps to renew proper airflow and heat in our house. Very grateful to finally have heat in more than one room in our house.

Both my thermostats went out, leaving me with no HVAC. They had been installed years ago by a well-known national company so I called them. Their solution was a $7,000 repair or to install new systems. I called Alex with Spencer to check things out. He located wires that had been chewed through by some backyard critters. He spliced the wires and secured them from future snacking by The Little critters. My systems are now up and running. Alex was vigilant in locating the problem and dedicated to solving it. Needless to say, Spencer, heating will now be my HVAC service provider. Thank you Alex, caring about your client.
