Jeff and the team at Air Comfort are the best! They put in a zone system in our new home and it has been great. We have the ability to set certain areas of the house at different temperatures so each occupant is happy. The system is very efficient and we save money on our electric bill as a result. Great install team- very professional and clean. We highly recommend them

Definitely recommend using Air Comfort. From the office staff to the technicians, everyone was professional and courteous. You can definitely tell they have your best interest in mind.  I called needing help right away and when I spoke with Mikayla, she was exceptionally helpful in making sure that I was taken care of.  Great company, great people. 10/10 would recommend!

The technician was very knowledgeable. He found the problem with our AC unit right away. This was a problem we had been dealing with for a few years and other companies overlooked it. We were super grateful for the service we received. The initial visit was great and I felt like there was a great balance of flexibility to help us get what we wanted with technical knowledge to know what could be done. We were adding in venting into a bathroom addition and moving venting in the kitchen above. Overall great service!

We purchased our air conditioning system from Air comfort. And they have done all the maintenance on the system for the last 9 years. They've always been extremely professional and helpful and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new system or needing a system repaired or maintenanced.

I have worked with them many times and I am always astounded at their professionalism, their integrity, their work ethic, and the way they do business. I live in Soddy Daisy TN and will only use Air Comfort. 1) Professional and courteous (I was called by their service technician, Eric, to ask if it was ok to come EARLIER than expected!!? Uh, YES PLEASE!)...2) The technicians have all been very knowledgeable, professional, and, well, just nice and friendly (they don't seem to mind answering 100 questions, just to make the customer feel more reassured.. imagine THAT!)
3) The cost is VERY reasonable (also considering the drive distance, almost an hour one way)...4) High quality machinery and maintenance. So far, my experiences have all been exemplary (can you tell) and I will continue doing business with them! Oh, the 2 times I had to have service service done ( 1st was a "Replace the old unit" and 2nd was a capacitor went out )both occurred the week of 4th of July 3 years apart and they STILL got to MY repairs! A RARE experience and one which solidifies my continued business!

I can't brag on this company enough!
I called last Saturday morning and reported that it was 80 degrees in our house. The lady I talked to said she could have someone come fix it that day.
Eric came and in no time, we had a cool house again! Eric was very friendly, professional and easy to understand what the problem was.

Our air went out on Friday night. Called Saturday morning. Young lady was kind and someone was here by 11. Very professional and courteous. Our air was fixed and we are so thankful. Good customer service is very rare anymore. We received excellent customer service!

Came home Thursday around 6 pm- no air! It had already started heating up. Called Air Comfort early Friday morning and they got there by 11:00am. Only took about 30 minutes to identify and solve the issue! Super nice and great service!

Very friendly and helpful! They did a thorough job and were fast, too. I forgot to ask them to do a specific task when they were at my house, and they came back to complete it and didn't charge me extra. I give Air Comfort HVAC an A+++++!!!!

Air Comfort always gets to us quickly especially when we have a problem. This time was no different. The tech was knowledgeable, friendly and took care of the problem quickly. We have used Air Comfort for 10 plus years and will continue to do so for our routine services and especially for our emergencies.

Air Comfort took very good care of me and offered wise advice when a refrigerant leak was discovered in my aging HVAC system. They mentioned the possibility of financing through my utility, which ended up being my best option and saved me thousands! They went the extra mile during installation and followed up to complete little odds and ends. They will be my HVAC provider for life!

Great experience! Billy, our technician, really did a good job inspecting our split unit and getting to the true root issues. We are very pleased with the results. I highly recommend these professionals!

Air Comfort is a very good company. Called them late one afternoon and the guy was here the next morning and he did great. Boy, was we glad to have heat.

We just had a mini-split unit installed by Air Comfort. The crew arrived right on time, did an excellent job installing the equipment, and cleaned up at the end of the job. Very skilled and friendly guys!! I’m pretty picky and these guys accommodated every one of my requests. I’ll certainly use them again on my next project!

Air Comfort initially installed my heat pump in 2008. I would not consider any other HVAC company to service or maintain my unit. The office staff is great. The techs that come out are professional, knowledgeable and will gladly answer any questions. Good people you can trust.
