Great professional service provided by TOPNOTCH HOME SERVICES. The technician arrived on time on the scheduled date...was very knowledgeable about the issue I was having with my Air Conditioner...My AC was back operating with in 30 mons of the technician arriving.
Use TOPNOTCH HOME SERVICES and you won't be hot in summer.

We had great experience with this Company. Great Customer Service, got our appointment in 1 day. The Technician was professional, but very friendly as well. We were without air for 5 days, and he had it fixed and running great in less than 30 min. I definitely would recommend Top Notch Heating and Air, and give it 5*****

Never use them. They didn’t show on time even though they scheduled with me. Also, they couldn't fix it, but they took a service fee!!!
I called another contractor and they came and fixed it in 2hrs!!

Would recommend NEVER using Top Notch. Poor customer service, shoddy construction, broken appliances delivered, and didn't come out to finish the work. I had to pay additional money for a professional contractor to come out and properly fix all the remaining items. They had improper plumbing installed with water leaks, mold growth where they had not remediated correctly, cabinets improperly installed, etc. Do yourself a favor and hire a professional contractor that will actually do the job correctly and not disappear with your money!

They give you an 8a to 5p window so you wait all day, they take your money without performing the service and they do not answer the phone or messages. Then if you question anything the owner calls, won't let you talk and calls you a liar. I've never felt so completely disrespected and threatened by a company as I do this one. And after going through all of this they did not even complete the job. The repairmen were great and its a waste of their experience having to work for a company like this.

I would give 0 stars. They charged us 1400 dollars and didn't do half of the work. Trying to get our 700 back or for them to come out and deliver on what we paid for. Its been over a week now and they haven't came out. We called several times to speak with manager but no reply. At this point, I have no choice but to contact my attorney to get this matter resolved. The sad part now a days is that people only want your money and give you bad and incomplete service. This is a simple fix, give us our money back that you overcharged us or deliver on your services you promised. Again, bad customer service, rip offs. I will be reporting them to the BBB.

The owner is unprofessional and disrespectful he threatened me by telling me if I keep on complaining they'll come out whenever they feel like it basically it's nothing I can do about it,that was after they received my money of course. They just installed a brand new a/c unit and in less than 2 weeks I was having a problem with the unit.They took their sweet ole time to come fix it.I had an appointment with them and they never showed up didn't even bother to call me to let me know that they wasn't coming. I took off work that day. They are always late and they don't answer the phone. Worst Company Ever!

This contractor was selected for HVAC repair through my home warranty. Top Notch came out 4-5 times and never made any progress on the actual AC error despite saying the problem was fixed many times. Was told we had an evap coil replacement covered under warranty. Coil was never actually replaced.

Additionally, contractor repeatedly showed up at 7pm to start a job that required a lot of time. This is extremely unprofessional after saying they would arrive between 9-12. If they tell you "first thing in the morning", you should plan on late afternoon and still not have your repair completed.

Do not use under any circumstance. I will be taking this forward with the BBB and my insurance company.

They do not return calls as promised! Tech Tre didn't want to do the work on AC unit because the original appliances were in the house and just went out. He said it would take too long ! How inconsiderate when I allowed them to reschedule because they had a death in their family!! Dead wrong! I would not recommend them for nothing! It took them 2 days to respond to me and they still didn't send the information to my Warranty company. It's 100degrees and my children and fur babies suffering because Top notch is bottom notch service!! AC is down but can't get another provider because they haven't done their part!

The guy name Chris came out he collected $800 hundred dollars for a deposit. He said he would get the material and be back tomorrow.
He's a liar he took the money and never came back to fixed the shed Call him several times he will not answer the phone. .Beware he will rip you off !!

Buyer beware. I bought what I thought was a new fridge (scratch/dent) with a one year warranty, but the ice maker didn't work and it turns out there was no warranty.

DO NOT USE!! This company is the WORST starting from the unprofessional receptionist named Alicia. She does not listen, she over talks you ,and uses profanity!! They don’t answer the phone or return your calls and expect you to pay for the job before it is completed. Once the job was done poorly by placing clear packaging tape instead of electrical tape on the AC unit, I have been unsuccessful of having the manager return my calls or correct the issue! They also left the old AC units, boxes and trash in my front yard that they charge you $250 for haul away. Which was not picked up until the following day after having to call and complain to the owner. This has been the WORST experience for my 70 year old Mother and we will be taking further action including reporting this unprofessional company to BBB!!
