Called Christopher in a crises on the July 4th. No one else would help us! I called place after place just to even get advice on how to turn off my water heater because it was flooding and I couldnt find any information anywhere on how to turn it off or stop it.. He actually took the time out of his day when I called him to help. He even downloaded duo on his phone to help show my son what to do quickly and effectively! Ever other place was closed, rude, or not willing to help! Will definitely recommend! Very friendly, and informative! I'll give 20 stars if I could!

We had an emergency with our toilet and every other place I contacted told me it'd be days or even the following week before they could send anybody out. Christopher at Shelby had somebody out that same day and they were able to resolve our issue, as well as give some good advice for if the problem crops up again. Would recommend.

It is not easy to spend money doing a pandemic, COVID-19, but I was willing to spend the money because they were willing to answer every question and walk me through the process step-by-step.

Like a lot of people, I try use youtube for DIY projects and repairs. This time it went all wrong for me so in an emergency I contacted this plumber. Of course it was after hours and a Sunday but Mr. Chris came right away. I explained my problem, sent him picks and when he arrived he knew exactly what was wrong and how to repair it. I was pleased with the knowledge as he walked me through the repair, the professionalism, and the repair time. The cost was reasonable and I was given a warranty and guaranteed if any other issues arise he would be of assistance. I highly recommend this company. I'm satisfied.
