I would like to thank Tommy and Robbie from Indoor Air Solution. Tommy came to my house and fixed my heater in just 20 minutes, and it only cost me $350.

Before calling Tommy, I contacted three other companies to repair my heater, but all of them tried to upsell me with quotes over $2,000. Some even told me to replace the entire unit. No one was willing to actually fix it. They said my heater was 8 years old and needed to be replaced.

However, when Tommy arrived, he found that the wiring had been mixed up and needed to be corrected. He fixed the wiring, replaced the transformer, and also installed a new thermostat. It was unbelievable — all for just $350!

Once again, thank you so much to Tommy and Indoor Air Solution. They are trustworthy and reliable. I am a nail salon owner, and I have referred many of my clients and friends to Tommy so they can get help from him as well.

Indoor Air Solutions came out and looked at my heat pump that wasn't functioning. They diagnosed that it was an electrical issue and gave me instructions on how to fix it myself. The attendant was very professional and helpful.

This doesn't relate to HVAC work they did, but I wanted to acknowledge the kindness some of their workers showed this morning. While at a stop light in Chattanooga on Central Ave, there was a man pushing his car. The male passenger of the Indoor Air Solutions van ran out to help the man push his car off to a nearby parking lot. The other person driving the company van safely pulled off to another nearby parking lot. Both of them did not hesitate to help the man, and cared for his and everyone else's safety. Thank you for your heroic acts this morning.

I highly recomend. Very prompt. Air conditioner went out last night and Jeremy was here the next day. Very professional. Explained everything he was doing and what he did. Got my air conditioner back up and running. Am very pleased with their service and I highly recomend them. Thank you for such great service.

Good people! Not HVAC related...but my car broke down in their parking lot when it was 19 degrees outside. I waited inside while the tow truck came because it was freezing and got to know the lady in the office. Coincidentally, she has the exact same car and year as mine and gave me some great insight on what was going on with my car because it had just happened to hers! She went outside with me and showed me how to reset this sensor that caused my problem. When I need HVAC work done this is definitely who I will be calling! Thanks :)
