Everything about the experience of working with Plants was amazing. They’re a terrific team that brought our vision to life.

It's amazing what a little (or a lot) of help can do to make you enjoy your garden again. I just couldn't keep up with the weeds. Plants' quarterly clean-up has been a lifesaver. It's pricey, but so worth it.

The team is excellent and really pays attention to details and also handles special requests. They send out a weekly email to remind me of my upcoming service.

Our yard looks awesome. Chris and the entire team were great.

A dear friend experienced a trauma in her backyard in the spring. Neither she nor her daughter wanted to be in the backyard. That is where Plants Creative Landscapes comes into the story. When I shared the story with Pam and Emily they listened to what my friend and her daughter wanted. Emily created a beautiful landscape plan. The work was completed and the Plants staff turned a non descript yard with horrible memories into a soothing and gorgeous environment. It gives me such joy to see this young girl run with her dog, do her homework, make s'mores and enjoy the beauty and peace of her new yard. She, her mom and I have enjoyed many evenings enjoying this space and it has only been completed for 2 weeks. Plants staff was professional and the job was done in 4 days. What was extra special was the care and support Pam, Emily and Hope gave to my friend, her daughter and me during the entire process. Plants Creative installed 2 creek beds to mitigate water draining problems. The design of each went far beyond my expectations. Not only are they functional, the are lovely to look at.

Plants Creative did an amazing job on our yard. They did a full yard design, including a patio for a new pool, off-street parking area, and reworking our front and backyard landscaping. Their design also included landscaping lighting. Their crew, led by Erick Coto and foreman Arcadio Balbuena, were top notch. They were courteous, professional, and skilled. Melissa Miller was our project manager and a joy to work with! She listened to our wishes and our budget and helped deliver a quality installation. We will definitely use them again in the future and I highly recommend them.

Melissa and her whole crew efficiently tackled fixing a significant drainage problem in our backyard - one that has persisted for 30+ years with multiple interventions by multiple previous landscapes. Plants did a wonderful job with our small backyard project makeover! Billy was great to work with in the planning stages, during the project and very thorough following up. We were very pleased, and I would highly recommend Plants for your landscape needs.

We signed up with Plants when it was a new company. We have used them for 6 years and the monthly cost has not changed. Our crew has been consistently the same people (Luis is the crew leader) and they always do a great job. I come home from work every Friday to a perfect yard and a clean deck, ready to start my weekend without worrying about all the yardwork and raking I used to do. Plants has also maintained my sprinkler system, fed my camellia plants, installed a star jasmine, and kept my lawn aerated and over-seeded. They refresh my mulch and pine straw once a year when I ask. Their office staff is very helpful and efficient. I pay my bills automatically with my card on file, but I always receive an emailed invoice to remind me each month. A really excellent business.

Plants did a great job with my dry creek bed. I especially appreciate Eric and his team. The staff are creative and provide the best customer service.

We have always taken care of our yard maintenance but some health challenges have begun to make that difficult. We had worked with Plants Creative Landscapes in the past when we were preparing a house for sale; and we were very pleased with the work that was done. We have also used the company for maintenance of a commercial property - and we are also pleased with that work as well.
We took the plunge and chose a yard clean up and began regular maintenance. The work that we have seen thus far exceeds our expectations. Everyone who has worked in our yard has been very polite and quite competent. Our yard has a difficult terrain, but it has been taken in stride. Plants Creative Landscapes was recommended to my from the doctor I work for where they wonderfully manage his large property in Ansley Park. My project was much smaller in scope and, initially, just installation not maintenance (yet - Now that I have this wonderful landscaping I may call them seasonally to keep it up). I have a unique condo back patio hill with stone steps which was surrounded by raggedy clay dirt and dying azaleas.

After we met initially, Billy Ulrich got me a drawing and quote about a week later, I bounced the drawings, plant suggestions and quote off of my boss to make sure they were fair/ball park and they were. My boss does a lot of landscaping so I trust his judgment. Plants Creative is just that - very creative and also high quality. Wonderfully thought out to have plants that will survive with the available light/shade/hill - circumstances and well-aged plants installed (not too young/small plants). I wanted a professional to help and I wanted it to look professional. And it is. I'm so happy I did this well with Plants Creative Landscapes - and did it right the first time. I feel like I got Boutique quality and service and I'm so proud.

After almost two months, everything is thriving & growing beautiful except for two both of which they are replacing with another choice (The area gets more sun than hypothesized so finding another option).

I have no regrets. I'm so happy. The quality of the plants installed is so wonderfully healthy and thriving all I have to do is take care of them - water. This project for me was very much worth it.

The Plants Creative Landscape team were very easy to work with. We gave them the task of transforming a 90 year old yard with severe terrain into an outdoor oasis for us. We are very happy with the work they did for us. We have a great outdoor living space, which is complete with outdoor kitchen, beautiful stone walks, an expansive patio with a very large outdoor fireplace, and a very creatively done bed swing. The exterior lighting brings our front and back yard to life when the sun sets.

We worked with Danielle and her team from Plants to fix some serious drainage issues in our backyard. We started with a full garden plan for redoing the yard and identified the areas we could afford to address at the time of the work. We really loved how detailed both she and her team was and how thoughtful and knowledgeable overall. We are looking forward to our next phase of work in the Spring!

In addition to our personal garden plan work we have also hired Plants to do our neighborhood maintenance including mowing, blowing, pine strawing and general maintenance. They are very punctual and always do a fantastic job!

I had Plants Creative install two auto mowers in my yard and I was very pleased with the quality of their work and their customer service. I have used them in the past with my previous auto mower and they have consistently provided great service.

We contacted Plants about six months ago for a consultation regarding our backyard. We were looking to extend our outdoor living space by enhancing our backyard with grass and plants. Joe was the landscape architect we worked with through the design process. He is extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with as he shared tips, suggestions, and design ideas. We decided to have the Plants ground crew install everything and were impressed by their work ethic and professionalism. In fact, everyone we have worked with from Plants has been professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. The entire experience has been great. We spend time every day in that space. It was worth every penny!
