APS goes ABOVE AND BEYOND!
As a first-time homeowner I was very careful when choosing the company to address the issues in my crawlspace.
I had 8 different companies come take a look and APS was hands down the best decision for me.
Michael was incredibly knowledgeable, competent and honest about the work that needed to be done - he was not a salesman and did not try to scare me into doing something expensive/unnecessary (which happened frequently with other companies).
What has impressed me the most though, and continues to do so, is the responsiveness when I have a question (even a stupid one) or issue. Anything that comes up is taken seriously and resolved within days. I am not sitting on the phone for hours with sales people or call centers just to get a response and feel confident knowing that this company cares about the work they do and stands behind each project wholeheartedly.

Had our crawl space done, and we loved it. Before we had it water proofed by aps waterproofing there were puddles of mud and insects everywhere now our basement stays dry and bugs don't gather there anymore. They also installed a outlet and light so people can actually go down there to work on whatever I might need done 👍. Thanks again!

Michael went out of his way on a Saturday to swing by and assess the situation we had going on, and from there the communication and effectiveness with getting the issue resolved exceeded our expectations. I could not recommend APS enough. Michael came out, inspected my crawlspace, explained the job and offered two options for me to consider. Both options were better than any of the competitors' so I went with APS. Michael and his team arrived on time and completed the job professionally and timely. Michael and the APS team did a great job on my crawlspace encapsulation. I own an older home with a very dank, dark, and confined crawl space and the team did a great job ensuring that every surface was sealed and no difficult to access areas were neglected. Great work at a fair price.

In January/February of this year we had Michael and his crew encapsulate our crawlspace. The house is less than 7 years old and the crawlspace is all concrete. Often that space was really humid and the stored paint cans would rust. Our hot water heater and HVAC are located in the crawlspace and we were concerned that the humidity in there would shorten the lives of the units. There was also a musty smell that you could smell from certain areas within the house. Michael came out and showed us the humidity levels in the crawlspace were some of the highest he’s seen. He and his crew found that there were two cut holes in the wall where plumbing was previously placed by a contracting crew and never filled back in as well as space around the current plumbing. This was letting in rain and mud into our crawlspace any time it rained. Michael and his crew fixed all of these issues and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

So happy with APS!

We had received quotes for mold remediation in our crawlspace and were blown away by the cost. After doing a little research we decided to quote having the space encapsulated and so glad we did. The cost was about 10% more to treat the mold and encapsulate the space resulting in a permanent solution.

APS cleaned out the crawlspace on our 110+ year old home, hauled away the debris, encapsulated under tight, restrictive conditions, and were kind and respectful while working under unpleasant conditions.

Now the mold is gone, the HVAC system seems to run more efficiently, the crawlspace looks tidy, and the air quality in our home is noticeably improved.

The APS team is very professional and good at what they do. I recently had them out to complete some floor leveling work in my 100 year old house and am impressed with the results they were able to achieve. Throughout the entire process (work scoping, quotes, scheduling, and actual execution), the team was very communicative and helpful in explaining what all was going and what the project entailed. I look forward to having the team out in the future to tackle a few more rooms in the house. All of that said, if you are looking to have any crawlspace work completed in you home (or are interested in any of the other services they provide), I would highly recommend you reach out to Michael and his team.

Michael was super communicative and practical in his approach. I obtained several estimates for crawlspace clean up and encapsulation. The APS estimate was competitive and I liked that there was no marketing fluff from Michael. His crew was also very prompt and communicative in their work. Michael also notified me of leaks they found so that I could get it repaired. I highly recommend APS and would call them again for crawlspace encapsulation.

Very professional, great to talk to and knowledgeable. To control the water entering my crawlspace, APS installed a pipe and gravel waterproofing system complete with a sump pump. Michael was quick to respond, had reasonable pricing and the service was completed in a very timely manner. They cleaned up and taped my previously encapsulated crawlspace, leaving no mess behind. I would definitely recommend APS Waterproofing for your waterproofing needs. Pricing is amazing for the quality of work that you get.

This company is awesome! Cannot say enough accolades for the work they performed. I am extremely happy with everything! From getting an estimate to completion of the encapsulation. Michael did an excellent job of explaining what needed to be done and how APS would complete the task. Michael and his team were VERY professional during every step of the process. Our crawl space is encapsulated with a dehumidifier installed for 1/2 the cost of the other company we consulted. Do your homework before you decide but I’m sure APS will be the one you select to do the job.

I worked with APS Waterproofing several years ago and the team was prompt, professional, thorough and the quality of the product has stood up!

Next winter update:
The crawlspace encapsulation was a the best decision and work done. The heat at home is an electric pump and it depends on the crawlspace temperature to heat up the house which has been normal and comfortable this winter. Before the encapsulation during extremely cold days last winter, the temperature inside the house would not raise above 62F due to the heat pump not being able to produce 40F above the pump location.

The two gentlemen that showed up to encapsulate my crawlspace, were very respectful, friendly, and fast. They did an excellent job.

Michael and his team were beyond excellent with our project. They finished ahead of schedule and under budget and with excellent workmanship. Even my neighbor mentioned how nice the men were while they were working on my house. We had flooding in our basement with the recent heavy rains and APS was able to get out for the quote, schedule and complete the work within two weeks.

Michael and his crew did an amazing job on our crawlspace encapsulation, working in very difficult and tight conditions. I will be recommending them to the general contractors I work with as an architect as well as to anyone else who asks. APS is great value for the money, and they presented several options to choose from based on our circumstances. Two thumbs up and five stars!
