I noticed some leaks in throughout the house. Went into the attic and the drip pan for my unit was fillled with water. I called Mark Friday and he was able to come out today. Prior reviews led me here and I can honestly say Mark was very professional and provided superior service at a very affordable cost. He unclog the lines and fixed another issue he found. I will definitely use him again and I recommend him to anyone and everyone.

The owner of this company comes across as a very nice and honest individual. We were very pleased with the service that was provided. We contracted them to replace our furnace earlier this year and they gave a very fair, affordable price. They were very professional and arrived on time, so we knew we had to include them on the list to provide an estimate to replace the A/C. The owner provided insight on the pros and cons of different systems I may be considering before I even requested for them to provide an estimate. Ultimately, while not thrilled that we had to replace our A/C unit, we are extremely pleased with the service provided by them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Mark was able to fit us in the same day I called. He arrived within the stated time frame and when he discovered the problem (user error), he didn't even charge a service call fee! Very professional, with a great customer service ethic. Will definitely use again!

My A/C went out on July 4th. I called Mr. Reynaud thinking that I would be leaving a message, but he answered and within an hour was at my home to diagnose the problem and put getting it fixed into motion. He has always taken great care of me whether it be after hours, on a holiday or during regular business hours. I would recommend him to everybody.
