Mark and Sam were amazing! As a new homeowner not knowing what to look for, I felt pretty overwhelmed at first. They took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense and made me feel comfortable the whole time.

They were honest, easy to work with, and didn’t try to push anything I didn’t need. The job turned out great and they left everything clean.

I don't leave a lot of reviews but was blown away by this company. I had another company come look at my unit and they told me I needed a $2500 board relaced, and recommended just replacing the entire unit with a new one because mine is around 10 years old. South Metro Heating & Cooling guy came out and told me what to replace for under $100 instead. Their honesty saved me from spending a lot of money that was not necessary, and I will be a lifelong customer.

We had a full system replacement done and couldn’t be happier. The team walked us through our options and helped us pick the best system for our home and budget. Installation was smooth, clean, and finished on schedule. The difference in comfort is night and day. Highly recommend these guys for installs.
