My air conditioning unit died out over a 3 day period that i wasnt home. T&M Air's owner came out to my house to fix my air conditioning unit. He didn't leave here until the air conditioning unit was completely fixed and operating normally T&M heating and Air has a customer for life I'm completely impressed with the owner after visiting with him I will suggest him to every military family I know.

I've spent weeks this winter without heat because other companies either couldn't diagnose the problem with my unit or wanted to charge me hundreds to fix this old HVAC unit I have. T & M quickly found the problem and fixed it immediately. I can't thank you guys enough. When I replace this unit, it will be with T & M Heating & Air. Great crew from office staff to technicians. Thanks again!

The technician did an excellent job diagnosing the problem with the ac. He explained that there was actually no mechanical issues but he did take the time to add a different part to eliminate noise upon startup and he added a longer drainage tube, redirecting the water from the drain away from the house.
The technician also explained the importance of regular maintenance on the filter inside to ensure the unit runs efficiently.
His experience and knowledge of his job was evident and he was polite and professional which makes him a valuable asset to the company. I would recommend using this company if you have issues with your heating/ac.

Frank from T&M Heating and Air was extremely helpful! He listened from the first phone call! He listened and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering him. He came out after ours in some really rough weather and never complained. He talked us through the issue and helped us understand what was actually happening. As first time home buyers there’s tons for us to learn and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We truly appreciate his willingness to help! We had just moved into our new home and settling in when only two weeks our AC unit was giving us trouble. We were horrified at what the consequences would be because we are brand new home owners. The house ended up getting all the way up to 80° in the middle of the night and we were miserable so we contacted T&M as they are the emergency contacts that the builders have contracted and Frank one of their technicians, walked us through the process of how we could get the AC back on. A few days later it was still giving us issues so we called to have a tech come out and look at it which Frank came out and gave us a full diagnosis of what was going on with our unit and did the necessary to ensure that it was working properly. Not only did he do that, but he also advised us of what we needed to do in order to keep our AC running at optimal condition and a few dos and don’ts in order for us to ensure that we don’t run into any issues in the future. I cannot express enough how grateful I am to have run across Frank and his team, and how even though the reviews were kind of a turn off the level of service that he provided for his reputation in the reputation of his company. Thank you so much for your hard work, Frank and the team. And we’re looking forward to a long-standing relationship with you all.

I had a wonderful experience with T&M. I had 3 different companies that came out a charge me , but did not fix the issue. I have paid over $2,100 to theses companies. A young guys by the name of Jacob came out today and my problem was fix. He new right away what the issue was. The other companies just ripped me off and still didn’t fix the problem. T&M will be the company that I call from now on.?Thank T&M job well done.

I’m in a new construction home (8/2022) and having our 1st winter in a total electric home. My power bill was unbelievably high so I contacted T&M and they came out the same day to check out the HVAC. Jacob determined immediately what the issue was, which was a human error made by me in the thermostat settings. He took time to explain the system to me, placed it on the correct settings, and stayed long enough to make sure it was working properly. I consider this to be a WOW in how a customer is treated!! Thank you Jacob and T&M!

From customer service to technicians, they're all nice and very professional. Thank God for the honest technician for saving me cost of repair in the time of difficulties for unnecessary repair. Thank you all!

We had to put in a warranty claim, and we were quick to be contacted by T&M to schedule the appointment for the tech to come out, which was same day! Tyler diagnosed the issue quickly and got the unit back in service quickly. He was kind and prompt! Thank you for your hard work!

T&M Heating and Air exceeded all my expectations. From the first phone call to the final installation, their team was responsive, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. They diagnosed my HVAC issue quickly and had it resolved in no time—with no mess left behind and no surprise charges.

What really impressed me was their attention to detail and willingness to explain everything clearly. It’s rare to find a company that combines technical expertise with genuine customer care, but T&M nails it. I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends and family!

The builder in our subdivision used T&M. We had to have one of our outside units replaced because the circuit board melted inside the unit. The breaker would trip when the unit turned on. It took a month for the unit to be replaced. Also, when I upgraded my thermostats, it was brought to my attention that the thermostat wiring was incorrect. This explains why I could only increase the temp 2 degrees at a time. If you went over that, it would shut off and go into delay. (annoying).

I'm starting to see a trend. The builder uses the lowest bidder and we are getting the minimum in quality. I'm outside of warranty now and will look elsewhere for help. I'm currently having a new issue with the unit upstairs in the attic.

I called to report my displeasure about my Units which they have came many times and I still experience issues with the units .
Elizabeth was very rude , nasty and unpleasant to talk too . She was very unprofessional and even hung up the phone on me without being rude to her .

I had several problems out of my unit since I closed on my house. When calling, they don’t answer and when you finally get somebody on the phone they say a tech will call back and never do. My ceiling almost flooded due to something they done wrong with the unit during installation. Now, I called about my home smelling like mildew and I’m sure it’s from the damage that was previous done and I have yet got a call back about someone to check it. Will not recommend.

T&M IS HORRIBLE!! Much like everyone else we purchased a brand new home and in just these 3 months, the A/C has quit working. The guy who was supposed to fix has horrible customer service and was never on time. He claimed something went wrong with the installation (which I find rather unsatisfying) and they don’t care how long it takes to fix the problem. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy!

We purchased our on 2/14/22!! We had multiple issues with our AC unit. This company is was hired by DRBG to install a new unit in our home. At this point, I believe they gave us a bad unit or didn’t install something right. This is by far the worst AC company. I new only 4 months old shouldn’t be freezing up.

Brittany the manager is horrible. I don’t trust anything she say because she lies. They have sent someone out 3 times to look at my HVAC unit and at this point I’m filing a claim with my insurance. When the second guy requested to send the manufacturer out because he couldn’t find the issue Brittany stated they don’t do that. When the guy cut 3 big holes in my wall she stated they don’t patch those and when they didn’t come when they were suppose to she lied and said I was schedule for a different time even though I received a text but but let her tell it they had a glitch. Could be a good company but that Brittany gave them this bad review.

It would only let me post if I gave stars....otherwise it would be Negative 10 stars! This is the MOST unprofessional places I have ever been to. They installed the HVAC and GAS lines for my 500K home. 2 months into living there we realize there is a gas leak in the gas line outside our home It had 4 leaks in 1 line. They tightened the line with hand not a tool and never put sealant on the joints. I called T and M Heating directly about taking responsibility. I was very professional when calling and the "owners wife" said to me..." we don't pay gas bills" and proceeded to try and get off the phone when I stopped and stated wait I am not done with this convo she then snapped and hung up on me. When I called back to speak to higher authority she says to me "guess what honey, I am the owners wife" and hung up again. I continued to call until I reached another employee hoping to find some professionalism in this office. After speaking with the actual owner and him having the same attitude as his wife I realized, this company is not only ran by crooks they are crooks who can not even properly install HAVC and more importantly install gas lines. BE AWARE of this company. Also, we are the 4th house in the subdivision so far that has come across this issue, luckily before any of our houses blew up! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if you want things done correctly and professionally.

This is a review of their installation and repair work. I had a brand new house built in May 2018 and they were the contractors to install the HVAC unit. They screwed up the installation by putting a drain plug in the wrong place which let condensation leak and cause water damage on my wall/ceiling. They had to come back twice to fix this issue. Then, the system they installed is 15 months old but there are already problems with condensation building up within the unit, soaking the filter, and leaking again. The promised that they'd come back if it leaked again, but when I called back, they said they don't do repairs even if the issue existed prior to the warranty being over. This business sucks. Stay away. Hughston Homes can do better.

T and M sent out a technician March 2022 because the west facing rooms in my newly constructed home were not cooling. The individual did something and then indicated I needed to change the filter too. Now in July, after maintaining the unit and changing the filter, I am still having this problem. My child and grandchildren sleep in those rooms and Georgia heat isn’t to be trifled with.I was told by the builder I am out of warranty. I attempted to contact T and M. No one answered and the voice mailbox was full.

The contractor that built our house used this company to install the HVAC units. Everyone has had problems with their HVAC systems. Ours started the day we moved in and has not stopped. For 8 years we have sunk money into repairing their work. We called when we first moved in and we're told that they had washed their hands of this neighborhood. Keep in mind this was a new build, not years later.Over the years we have been told by no less then 5 different AC people the same thing. The work they did is substandard and they used incompatible equipment. To make it worse they did not register any of the units so good luck getting most warranty work done. Most of our neighbors have had the same problems and were told they same thing. The only way to fix it is start over.It's been 8 years and we are going to have to replace everything this company did at s cost of 8000. I know they are not going to do anything that's not the reason for the review. Save yourself the money and problems and use another company.
