This was my first time using New Heights heating and air, but it won't be the last. The tech was on time. He covered his shoes and wore a mask when he entered my home. He was very detailed in his explanations on what was going on with my unit. But as we all know PRICING is where it's at, and the prices won't dig a hole in your pocket. I didn't feel as if I got gouged. I have set up my next appointment already. Just to note again this is my first time using them.

I have been a client for at least 1 - 1 and 1/2 yrs. They have installed a new functional A/C unit as well as provided maintenance for the heating system at the business. Besides educating me on the proper maintenance to perform to keep my system functioning optimally; they are always on time, very professional, and make you feel special.

Can't speak highly enough about this company! I called them at 1120am on a Friday and they arrived at my house an hour later. Mr. Height diagnosed my HVAC issue in about 30 seconds and had the problem corrected within 20 minutes! Phenomenal service and very highly knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend this company and I will absolutely be a repeat customer when the need arises. Great folks, and an asset to the Lilburn area!

Lavar is excellent. He even changed the batteries in the thermostat and supplies the filter. New Heights always far surpasses the companies I have used in the past. I am referring them to all my friends and neighbors .
