Great service from Charles today. I had a no nonsense estimate of costs for the jobs I needed done. He made an appointment, came out on time, and retrofitted two florescent fixtures into LED, installed two smoke detectors, and replaced a socket. No pressure trying to get me to agree to repairs unneeded. Just straight up did the jobs I asked, at the price quoted. Very honest and straightforward. I'm very satisfied with the service and will use him again. I can't say enough good things about his service, and trust I have in him.

Called Mr. Charles after having someone who claimed to be an electrician assist with my microwave that I thought shorted out. I received a call back that same day and two days later my outlet issue was fixed and my new microwave wave works perfectly. Mr. Charles and Marcus were so professional and knowledgeable and very kind. Will definitely use them again and I would 100% recommend them.

Would recommend Morton Electric to anyone experiencing these type of issues. We have had grounding wire/cable installed; outlet for garage door opener and other issues. Marcus (technician) came in, identified and resolved problem without hesitation. He is always pleasant and professional. We have been 100% satisfied with prompt and efficient service.

I had electrical work done on my home by Charles and his technician Marcus and was extremely satisfied with the price and work done!!!

So I noticed that lights were out in basically one half of my house.

I woke up the next morning and googled electrians , this company popped up. I read through reviews and did some other digging and decided to give them a call.

I’m glad I did. Charles came out later that afternoon and began to troubleshoot in the areas where there lights weee not coming on. He was so thorough in understanding the root cause of the issue. He always was very detailed in sharing with me everything he was seeing and how he planed to rectify the situation. I was appreciative of that and joked with my mom that i needed a note book to write down all the info b/c he was giving me a crash course.

Ultimately he was able to find the fault and fix the problem. He re-routed circuits making sure that rooms that were affected would be able to work o their own circuits. The job was quite tedious due to the poor wiring job that had been done in the past in the house.

We had one additional piece to complete which was getting the ceiling fan in my living room reconnected to power. Marcus a team member came out and completed that today. He was wonderful as well and careful not to damage any of items.

Overall I will definitely use this company again and recommend them to others. A+ and timely customer service, friendly and personable staff.

I used Charles's electrical service over 1 year ago to completely wire our basement which we decided to finish. This included wiring for heating and air systems as well. His crew was timely and did an excellent job with the installation. He provided excellent service and made really good suggestions regarding outlet placement and lighting. We have been extremely happy with the results. To this day swe haven't had any electrical issues, everything is working fine. I would highly recommend his services to anyone needing electrical work to be done.

2024 Edit: I was running both a heater and blow dryer in my bathroom and blew a fuse. I did all of the YouTube video and Google suggestions, but I could not get it to come back on. I put in an online request and heard back very quickly. Once I explained the issue to Mr. Morton, he was kind enough to walk me through how to do it myself instead of charging me $200+ to come out. He could have easily taken advantage of me, but he was honest and kind. This business will ALWAYS be my first call for anything electrical. A few years after my initial review, but still 5 star service.

I was seeking an electrician to add an outdoor outlet and one of my neighbors recommended Morton Electrical via Nextdoor. I completed the online form and I received a call from the owner within 10 seconds - I was so shocked. Mr. Morton was very friendly and quoted me a fair price. He was able to schedule me for two days later though because of the bad storms it needed to be rescheduled for the next day. Michael arrived on time, followed COVID protocols, and quickly walked me through the work he needed to do. The work was completed in about 30 minutes and it looks so nice and professional. I highly recommend this company for your next electrical project!
