They came out on a Sunday and fixed our plumbing problems for a reasonable price. No other company would answer the phone and they were really friendly also they got the job done...thanks guys!!!

Highly recommend. They came out on a Sunday afternoon to fix our problem. The work was done professionally and quickly. Pricing was fair for a Sunday call and for the work that was done. I would not hesitate to use Better Plumbing in the future.

I had to keep waiting on other companies that were busy and could not work on a drain leak under my house. i called Better Plumbing and they cam out the next day. They were very respectful to my family members and very detailed on the issue and the repair they made. Reasonable rates and very friendly people.

Very responsive after I called. Found my problem quickly and fixed. Reasonable rates. I will call them again if needed.

I had several busted pipes ,water was everywhere the pair of plumbers went to work on fixing the leaks and in no time I was taking a nice hot shower they were fast efficient and a lil grumpy...lol Great Job..

The young man that showed up was on time, very polite and professional. Did the job quickly, however, he could not finish the job because the landlord would not pay to have the problem fixed properly. Was NOT the plumbers fault it was not fixed. He did an awesome job. Will most definitely use them again!!

Rude they were so rude on the phone! Do not hire them!

Ask for a plumbing license. They don’t have one. Word on the street is that they are thieves and even stole the very tools they use.

Terrible service. A bunch of hacks. Handwritten chicken scratch for a plumbing inspection that was unusable for my loan. He refused to write a real and usable inspection. Stole my money!

First day: no call no show
Never answered back text. Much later I called and left a message and said he’s tired.
Second day: didn’t show up on time and texted me do I still need him. At this point I just told him don’t bother to show up.
If he can’t even keep the basic etiquette, I can’t trust him to do a decent job. He has audacity to text me back “I’m the only one in Trenton.” This is why I particularly don’t support local business.

Do not deal with these guys! They were not responsive to the fact we had water GUSHING from our pipes and took their time getting out here (both times). They did not get the job done first time out. Sent the same crew the second time and charged me AGAIN for what wasn't fixed the first time. The people they sent out are 'hacks' and not licensed plumbers. The owner was not pleasant when talking on the phone although his 2 plumbers (sic) were. The first guy they sent out came to do the job with a pocket knife and no other tools, did not get the job done and had to send out different plumbers (sic) to again fix the first person's problem. On top of that, the first guy took prescription drugs out of my bathroom where he was working which we didn't find out about until later. Buyer Beware!

Unfortunately I am having to change my review. Mitchel did come out and "fix" everything. Charged me a total of $500 to switch some pipes around. Left and the master bath, and washer, only ran hot water. Took them two days to come back out. Said they fixed it again but the washer is still only running hot water. They said they would be back Monday. It's now Wednesday and they will not even return our phone call. This man jipped me out of money and then tried to charge me $100 MORE to hook the dishwasher up. I do not reccomend this company or whatever they call themselves to anyone. Not even my worse enemy.

He was originally scheduled by Double R Home Sales we bought a mobile home from to repair some leaks. He never called so the following week I got the contact information from Rick at Double R. I contacted him and he told me they got the wrong number. I said that happens and asked if he could come out and do the repairs. Scheduled for Tuesday, never made it, no contact on Wednesday, contacted him this morning(Thursday), he said he will be out today.

Arrived after 5 pm then asked if we were paying for it, when I reminded him Rick was he said he's not doing that and just left.

Totally unprofessional, wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Unfortunately I cannot give a great review. Called Better Plumbing out to come get our drain unstuck. The two that came told me that our cast iron pipe was collapsing and needed to be replaced, but they could get it unstuck for now. If I poured grease down the drain, the clog would likely re-appear. I told them to go ahead and get it unstuck, and I'll consider my options. They get the drain going again. Charged $350, when I was quoted "about $300" but oh well..

Two days later it was completely stopped up again. I hadn't even used the kitchen to cook in those two days, so it wasn't clogged due to grease.

I called Better Plumbing again and they told me the pipe was collapsed and needed to be replaced, but they could come back out for another "couple hundred"

I called Roto-Rooter who came out and cleared the clog in about 20 minutes, using a large auger with a blade, for $265. The clog has not returned, and Roto-Rooter has a 30 day warranty that will cover them coming back out. The pipe isn't collapsed, not even close. Just felt like I was lied to, and then they felt like they could just continually charge me. Really not a great experience, and I would recommend people to stay clear of Better Plumbing. Wasted $350.
