We have had all of our homes serviced and taken care of by Francis. He has remodeled bathrooms, basements, and a kitchen! He even built a pantry that my wife loves and drafted what she wanted on paper. I will update this post soon with some pictures.

I needed my bathroom remodels due to a leak. He gutted the entire bathroom from top to bottom. I was very lucky to find BuiltByFrancis aka Mr. Francis. Now with the newly installed bathroom, there’s no more leaks and it looks absolutely beautiful. It didn’t take too long at all. It was well done and very quick. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Built by Francis to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and professional contractor who works efficiently and takes pride in his work. Francis framed and drywalled a room in my unfinished basement to house my recording booth. He installed recessed lighting, electrical outlets, two prehung doors, rerouted an HVAC duct, and raised and rerouted two water supply lines so they cleared the new framing. The entire build, from initial walkthrough to completion, took about a week and was handled smoothly.

When a small wiring issue came up after installation, he addressed it promptly and made it right without hesitation. That level of accountability stood out.

His quote was competitive with five other bids, but what set him apart was his clarity about the scope of work and the confidence he inspired in his execution. He was responsive and easy to work with. I would hire him again for future remodeling projects.

I couldn’t be more pleased with the outstanding work Francis did around our home! From start to finish, his professionalism, attention to detail, and quality of workmanship were exceptional.

He added a door to create a separate water closet in our primary bathroom, which looks like it was part of the original design — functional and perfectly finished. He also installed a brand new water heater, even building a new foundation for added stability and safety, which shows the level of care and expertise he brings to every project.

In the kitchen, the new light fixtures and backsplash completely transformed the space — modern, bright, and perfectly installed. Every detail was handled with precision, and the results exceeded my expectations. Not to mention, he built shelves inside of our pantry to remove those flimsy wire shelves.

One of my favorite upgrades was the shelves he installed in our family room. I still just sit and stare admiring how beautiful it is.
