Woke up on July 4th to blown capacitor but thanks to Reese services for coming out within an hour of calling and got us up and running again before the heat of the day! Thank you Brian for being great as always!

Reeves Service is one of the best companies ever. They have been doing our HVAC maintenance for several years. All their techs are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Even their office staff is very nice and helpful. All round great company.

Reese Heating and A/C are very reliable and reasonably price. They are very professional at what they do. They sent someone out the same day I called and problem was fixed the next day. Replaced our Furnace and AC system with new units that are vastly better than our previous setup. They installed several new ducts and an additional return to fix some flow issues we were having. In the process of replacing the system they cleaned the old ducts, repaired some old vents, removed some unused piping from the attic and repaired several other smaller issues. Finally, when they were done they did a great job cleaning up. The house is definitely way better than when they arrived.

Love Reese Services. Royce has serviced my home for a second year now. Always respectful and professional when he is in our home. Thorough and knowledgeable.

My air conditioner stopped cooling. I have a service agreement with Reese and within an hour of calling a service technician was there to assess the problem and make the repair. He installed a new capacitor within an hour after arrival. I was entertaining neighbors at my home during this time (my unfortunate luck) so I am most appreciative of Reese's very timely & professional service response.

Very pleased with Reese Services. When our furnace went out, they were at our house within an hour to check it out and see what the problem was. Reese was back at our our the following day to repair the furnace at the time they said they would be. Everyone was courteous and efficient in repairing the furnace. I would highly recommend Reese Services.

Reese completed our second annual service timely and professionally. Our service tech was a young man named, Roy. Recently completed his certification and very knowledgeable. I've had several companies come out here locally. Nobody could fix the problem! Reese Services came out and knew exactly what was wrong. On top of the great work they did I was able to get a discount by joining the maintenance club they offer. Very great staff and very helpful. The owner even went out of his way to call me and make sure I had great service and to thank me for using reese.

I initially called a different HVAC company that came out. That guy told me the repairs might be so expensive that it might be better to replace my system for about $4,000! I called Reese Services based upon them specializing in my Bryant HVAC and the excellent reviews. Whitney was my first point of contact. She has personality plus and professionalism. She initially gave me a appointment that I agreed to. I was happily surprised when she called back and said she could have a tech come out sooner. Hunter quickly determined the problem. He said that I needed a limit switch. He had to order it and come back for the install. I paid the service charge and a install for less than $300. I am very satisfied with their service

Reese Services installed our mini split AC unit in our bonus room this past May. Brian and Gage did an awesome job. Dan had come out to give me my original quote and to come check on the installation.
Dan is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and goes above and beyond to satisfy customers. The staff is friendly, prompt and truly cares about their clients and that the work is done well. I had some pump issues with our minisplit unit, through no fault of Reese, but they stood by me and replaced the pump at no charge. I also use Reese Services for our biannual maintenance of our HVAC system and our minisplit. I find their communication to be stellar, and their pricing to be fair. Whitney, at the office, is so personable that I could talk to her for hours...Great company, wonderful staff, and I'm a lifetime customer.

We first gave them a try when we won a free year of service. Well, we are still customers! Anyone who treats us so well when the service is free, we do not mind paying for. We have them check our system twice a year, Winter and Spring). They also install our NEST Thermostat for us. They staff is friendly, the techs are knowledgeable, and we love the service! We woke up on Christmas Eve morning to no heat. We called several hvac companies searching for someone who would come out on Christmas Eve. Reese Services saved the day! From talking to the scheduler , who was very understanding and helpful to Nathan who came to fix our issue, it was a very pleasant experience. Julianna kept us informed of our place on the list so we knew when to look for the technician. As it turned out the owner Nathan Reese was helping with calls that day as the extremely cold weather was wreaking havoc on heat systems and he wanted to help as many people as possible . Nathan was amazing. He fixed our issue and we had heat back in time to go to bed. We would strongly recommend Reese Services for your future HVAC needs. They are honest and dependable.

I have a contract with Reese for bi-annual maintenance for two HVAC systems. They are responsive and timely. The technician explains what he will do, what he has done and if there are any problems along with recommendations. I think they are a good quality company who wants to do the job right the first time.

Very professional. Took the time to figure out what the Main issue was. I had a competitor quote me double what Reese Services would have charged to replace a part and they wouldn’t have problem solved like Reese Services did to find the true source of my problems. I finally have my HVAC system working correctly for the first time in 6 years! I highly recommend Reese Services!

Amazing customer service! I was very impressed by the mannerism of the technicians. They respected my home the way I wanted them to. I want to acknowledge Brian and Gage. They were the main technicians that installed two units for me this month. They were meticulous and attentive in everything that they did. I highly recommend this company. This is how a company should be towards customers.

My ac went out on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend and they sent out a service tech to diagnose the issue that same evening! It turned out to be a problem where new parts had to be ordered and I had to wait until the following week for the repair to be completed. The office ladies Whitney and Juliana are AWESOME and provided great customer service and kept me updated as we waited for the parts to come in. Also, the repair tech Hector is wonderful and completed the final repair in less than half an hour. They never made me feel that I was just another customer and they seemed to truly care about the fact that I had no ac during a hot week while we waited for the parts to arrive. They even provided a portable ac unit for me to use until my system could be repaired. I am so happy to be a Reese customer and I recommend Reese Sevices to anyone who wants a local company for their HVAC needs that goes the extra mile and provides fantastic customer service! 5 stars!!! *****

I contacted Reese in 2019 to replace my two dinosaur units and relocated an air handler. Their professionalism and quality of service with that project, earned my business. We have Reese out twice a year for maintenance and we are already pleased! I recommend them every chance I get!

Reese Services was super helpful. Of course the Central Air Unit would give us issues in the middle of summer when the days were in the high 90’s. Nate, who is the business owner came out and assessed the situation and answered every question I had. He allowed me to even watch the process because I’m a person that just likes to know things, and he didn’t mind. He changed the motor and fan in no time.. I don’t know how he does it, It was literally 1000 degrees in my attic.
