For the second time I've had to run to these guys for a client of mine. I'm not an HVAC guy and to call one on a Saturday or Sunday only to find out what you already know is the problem is madness. Ut take the part to them and chances are they will have a suitable replacement, the tools you need to install it on hand (which means no trips back to the shop), and the know how to let you know if there is any chance you're going into the HVAC part of just replacing a component. And your choices.... Yes these guys are Killa and best priced I've found so far.

Will never step foot in a Ferguson HVAC supply again. Needed 6: 20x20x1 pleated filters and was charged $9.47+ tax each when the exact same filter is $3.76+ tax at Johnstone Supply.

I made an order for a couple of parts over the phone with Thomas. He ended up ordering the wrong part. We corrected that before the actual pick up, nevertheless I had to wait a month for a refund. The wrong item was around $200 - Thomas kept sending me emails assuring me that he'll make the refund in a couple of days, and in reality, it took him the entire month. I had to keep reminding him about it every week. I never received the corrected receipt, even though I requested it on multiple occasions. The bottom line is: don't pay over the phone and if you need proof of your transaction for taxes - forget it!
