From scheduling my appointment with Andrew to a follow-up call by Frank, the electrician coming onsite to let me know his ETA (and arriving as scheduled!) to Frank's amazing troubleshooting of the electrical issue, identifying it and making the repair, I would definitely recommend to others and use PicoVolt's professional and reliable services again!

I called these guys up to help me with a problem I was having and they responded instantly. The service was brilliant and I will be referring them to all my friends.

Pico Volt always delivers. Does not matter if it is a small job or large. After hours emergencies as well. They have a decent sized crew so always have someone available to help.

Technicians that came out today were very helpful and very professional l. They got the job done so that my disabled parents could have heat and lights and return home.

I am not sure where to begin, but I must say that the level of professionalism and customer service is on a whole new level!! I have an older house and I had an obsolete electrical panel that could have caught fire at any time. Kevin the PM, was very understanding of my frustration and reassured me of my options. They came that day and worked overtime to put in a whole new panel. The guy didn't leave until 9:00 p.m. on a Friday. They had to come back at least twice because of the faulty wiring by the previous owner to get my AC and dryer wired into the new panel. They figured out the problem and made it happen. I know that I was a pain in their side, but not one time did they have an attitude or not answer my call. I keep them on speed dial. Great company!!!

These guys were recommended to me by a fellow Cross Creek resident and I am very glad I tried them. I recently had an entire area in my condo go completely black after the maid plugged in her vacuum cleaner. After checking the breaker box and everything else I knew to check I could not figure out what was going on? I called Picovolt and instead of trying to schedule me for a week from Friday with a 6 hour window, they immediately got me sat up for same day service. Felix showed up with a smile two hours later and within 20 minutes had the problem resolved with two wire nuts and some tape. It is refreshing to see someone who likes their job and knows what he's doing?. Thanks so much for a Great Job Guys!! Keep up the good work. Scott Nolen

Choan came out to my home and fixed 3 of my problems with the lights flickering on and off. One was a high ceiling he was fast and knowledgeable. My kids going to be too happy their lights are working properly. Thank you

First off, thank you for the help. I had an issue with the power at my house suddenly going out. They came out to the house quickly. After only a short time, they were able to find the problem. They very easily could have charged me a lot of money for the call out, inspection, testing, and finally the repair, however, they kept the price reasonable and had everything back up and running much faster than I would have expected. They were great and I’ll be recommending them. Thank you, you guys are a life saver.

This company did great work! They really helped me out after a storm blew through and took some paneling down from my house. They were able to come out and quickly get my house back in order. Highly recommend!
