Awesome experience from the start!!! Air went out Wednesday, HVAC Bee was able to fit me in the next day...Nick was my service man, very knowledgible, prompt, new exactly what the problem was, fixed it, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Went above and beyond for my additional asks like checking the freon and installing a new thermostat...Olivia in the office was so kind and professional each time i called..the price was fair and i would highly recommend this company!

5 Stars! This was my first time using HVAC Bee after having used a different company for the last five years that I learned had been recently sold. One of the HVAC Bee owners, Mark, spoke to me prior to scheduling an appointment and thoroughly explained their focus on customer service and excellence. When the Technician, Bailee, came out to the house to do the first service, she seemed very knowledgeable, thorough in her work and was able to answer all of my questions. Very pleased with this experience and I look forward to using this company again in the Fall for my winter HVAC inspection.

HVAC Bee was quick to respond to our upstairs unit not working and were able to come out the next day. Bailee arrived early and was able to fix the problem in under an hour. The company is great with communication and I would definitely use them again.

I had Nick Torres the service tech who can to provide us a free estimate and he reviewed and walked through their product, pricing, and included services and warranty in very professional manner. He took his time to do the estimate and provided answer to all my concerns and questions. I would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for a good small HVAC company that is local.

I had a part failure on my 2 year old system. HVAC BEE provided a reasonable quote and prompt repair. They are my go to company for HVAC needs.

After a terrible experience with the so called “big guys”, I have to say that we had the best experience with HVAC Bee. From the time we talked to Mark, the owner, and only a day after with the technician Bailee, we feel like we finally dealt with professionals, people that know what they doing and also care. I highly recommend them.

I called HVAC Bee after doing some online research about local companies to install a whole new unit for me. I spoke to Mark, the owner, who gave me an estimate. He was professional, friendly, and very down to earth. We agreed to move forward and he sent out 2 installers named Sean and Travis, who got the job done quick and efficiently. They thoroughly explained how everything operates and recommended how to maintain the system. Very happy with my experience, would recommend! A+

We were in a boundary dispute with the people next door concerning our A/C units being inches across the property line. I asked HVAC Bee to assess the various options for me to move the units. Jacob and Adam found that the units could be pulled back the necessary inches by using a part of my driveway without interfering with garage access. They executed the move, saving me time and money. After the move, they assured me the units are completely on my property, and tested the system to insure they are still working properly. Thank you for your quick response, and excellent customer focus. I have used this company before, and will continue to do so. I highly recommend them to everybody.

I called HVAC Bee (and several other companies) when I had an issue with my existing AC system a few months ago, and am only now getting around to writing a review of my experience.

Our home has two stories, with a unit for each floor.
The upstairs unit unexpectedly stopped working, and temperatures rose dramatically on that story of the home.
We have two very young kids, and with all the bedrooms being upstairs, we ended up camping out on the main floor to stay cool.

It is important to note that my brother-in-law works in the HVAC industry, and is usually our "go-to". However, his second child had just been born and we did not want to bother his family at the time.

HVAC Bee returned my call quickly. I believe I called late at night, and early the next morning someone had reached out to help us.
I was able to provide some relevant information about the system and it's state at the time. They were courteous, and were very transparent and upfront about their assessment and their recommended steps (including potential associated costs).

The ONLY reason I did not move forward with HVAC Bee out of all the companies I interacted with about our issue was because my brother-in-law got word that we were having HVAC problems, and INSISTED on helping us directly.

Although I cannot speak from a position of having work completed by the company, I would recommend at least reaching out to HVAC Bee to address HVAC concerns. They are a local small business who displayed knowledge, candor, and professionalism.

I always try and use local smaller companies when possible and I was highly impressed with Hvac Bee, great communication and assistance from Adam and a nice clean install from Sean and his crew.
Our AC had gone out on a Saturday and I was thankful that they were available and were able to diagnose the system on Sunday morning. It was unfortunate that my current system was at the end of its life but Adam did everything he could before stating that it needed replaced.
3 days later (which is suprisingly fast in this day and age for new equipment) Sean and his crew replaced my entire system with a new one and had it up and running by mid day. Thank you again for your excellent service!

Jacob once again gave great service - on time, listened as I explained how I felt the system was working and then explained his analysis in a very thorough manner. He showed a video of the failed lower level motor that pretty much summed up its status. I am still expecting a quote on replacing that motor.

Fantastic operation! Their techs are the upmost professionals, very thorough and detail oriented. Above and beyond, as in reliable and attentive. Very pleased with the excellent work provided. Highly recommend for any and all HVAC needs bar none.
