Had a great experience with 58. I didn’t have the money to do the full project at once so we spread it out in sections. 2 years ago had a drain put in with sump pump and this week had the crawl space encapsulated with a dehumidifier.
The team did great work, Miguel was an excellent communicator (which I have not found common in contractors) about the process and reviewing the work. The team was quick and work very well done. I’m very glad I went with 58 on this project and my house already is more comfortable from the work (less smell, humidity, and floor creaks)

This company is awesome to work with. Nathanael was a very pleasant sales consultant. The crew that performed the work was fantastic. Reed, the foreman and John went above and beyond to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. They worked super hard and in the sweltering heat. Great job!

I’m beyond impressed with the entire process and I work in the plumbing industry. From the customer service department, on site quotation, and work crew, everyone was polite, honest, and straight forward. They did a great job. They were on time every day and and worked diligently and efficiently.

Aidan Murphy came out to provide a detailed inspection of our foundation and crawl space. I was very impressed with his knowledge and presentation! We are contemplating all options at the moment, but I can honestly say his professionalism and timely response is next level!

Reid Cohen and Kristen with 58 Foundations & Waterproofing did a wonderful job with the complete encapsulation of the crawl space of my home. They worked really hard and did a very professional job. From start to finish Mike our sales representative and Kendall in scheduling were excellent. The estimate for our job was fair and competitive. Anyone considering a crawl space encapsulation should get an estimate from 58 Foundations.

58 foundations waterproofed and stabilized a wall in my basement. Miguel, Kevin, Oscar and Wilmar did a Great job. The job took 2 days. They called each morning with their arrival time and went over everything after the job was complete.

We recently had some crawlspace work done and chose 58 Foundations for the project. Initially, we received quotes from another company that exaggerated non issues, pushing for extensive and costly work. In contrast, 58 Foundations provided a realistic and honest assessment, which gave us confidence in their approach.

Nathanael at 58 Foundations was outstanding to work with. His transparency set him apart from other providers we considered.

He took the time to explain his findings clearly, and even let me visually confirm the details, which I greatly appreciated.

My experience from start to finish was amazing, we had a three different company quote the repairs needed on our crawl space and all were selling us on the pier system which was extremely costly and not necessarily needed. Our sales rep Byron Harwell explained in great detail how the system worked and how what we did end up doing worked to solve our issues at a much more reasonable cost.
Upon installation the crew Matt, Anthony, and Sterlin were extremely professional and clean, I note this as the entry to my crawlspace is inside my home and once done you could not even tell they had to walk back and forth thru my finished basement with buckets of dirt and supplies including large steam support beams.
Finally, Kendal from the office was implemental in assisting me with handling many things from getting my appointment set up to finalizing my payment. We had paperwork issues from the start due to a wrong email address and payment misshapes (all on our end not the companies). She was so wonderful and understanding, willing to resend emails and allowing me time (nothing crazy long so don't think you can't take advantage of her kindness ha ha) to work out credit card payment limitation.
All in all, I would defiantly say I would recommend this company from a standpoint of the people themselves are good people and if you are not happy (which I am) they would do what they need to make you happy.

As a first time homeowner buying a 50 year old home, I was nervous about the condition of our foundation and crawl space. I thought uneven floors were due to settling but wanted to hear from the experts regarding the house's condition. Discovered mold in the crawl space around the insulation and the center beam under the house had a crack in it. Brian was our primary contact with multiple trips out to the house assessing the crawlspace encapsulation, adding supports under the house, sistering some joists and adding support beams under other parts. He put up with all of my first time homeowner anxiety and made sure that all my concerns were addressed. Adding to that great customer service, the work performed was thorough and the financing option convenient. My husband and I would recommend this company to anyone.

Miguel, Francisco, and Emmanuel did a very good job with our crawl space encapsulation. Mike was helpful on the front end getting our project setup and quote at a reasonable price. Everyone was on time, communicated well, and no change orders.

I can not speak highly enough of this company. Being new to the area i was playing a guessing game when it came to finding a buisness to fix my foundation problems. After a quotea from other buisnesses, Jered Dunnigan came out for an inspection and broke it down for me, of what all was necessary to fix the issues at hand. With no scare tactics that some of the other companies employed to inflate the bill, he made it simple and easy and made sure I was being taken care of and not being taken advantage of. The office team Leeann and Kerri made scheduling and financing a breeze. I was at work when the installation team came and knocked out the work, but they left 0 trace if ever having been here aside from my problems being solved!! 10/10 experience all around!

58 Foundation rep, Aiden, just left our home after letting us watch and learn as he inspected our home's issue. What a polite, respectful and knowledgeable guy who, with confidence, showed us what he was looking at and why--allowing us to learn and understand as well. We are getting a couple of more quotes, but Aiden's customer service will be hard to beat.
