Our air ducts were cleaned out and coated inside. The business is family owned and operated with friendly, efficient and respectful staff. Workers were careful to cover furniture to protect it during cleaning . Owners make site visit during the actual work which is always a good sign.

We called Aircare Hawaii from a issue that we had in our home in Palolo We were blessed to work with
Lindsay she came out the same day to meet up with us at our home she went above and beyond to help us she explained what she was doing to do before she started we had a question in the elevator room so she took extra reading inside that area to get a better understanding of what we were up against
When the report came back she made a report and gave it to us then she called us to go over it with us to make sure we understood the report
A month later we had to contact her again to go over my tenant concerns
She was more than helpful in our situation once again she went above and beyond to help us with the situation up at the house
Words can’t explain how lucky we were to contact her she handled our situation in a very positive manner and now she will be my go to person in the future Thank You Lindsay

My home periodically have our dryer vent clogged. Other companies have tried but too lazy or inconsistent with their efforts. AirCare Hawaii was a referral from a friend. They were responsive and timply. Their emoloyee came and did a thorough assessment. Then he resolved the issue efficiently and explained what he was doing. We appreciate the integrity and level of service this company provided and will use them again.

My wife and kids were experiencing allergies for a few months straight and frequently getting sick. It was like we never got better. We did have some visible mold growing in one or two rooms on the walls but we usually wipe them up with bleach. We live Manoa so it's always kind of moist.

After doing some research I decided to call AirCare Hawaii. Lindsay answered the phone and scheduled me in right away. The day of the free inspection, Jason and Lindsay showed up. They were very knowledgable and educated me on the environment, humidity and mold spores. They even educated me on bleach and its stereotype to clean mold which it does the exact opposite! It feeds it!!! So BEWARE.

They gave me some few options based on my concerns. I decided to get my home tested for mold to see the amount of mold I had in the air. Come to find out the results showed high levels of common molds in more than one room.

Because we are sensitive I wanted them to do their green treatment they offer that is non-toxic. The day the mold treatment was scheduled, Hoptong and Matt arrived. They were friendly and professional. They communicated their step by step process! Once they did the treatment they came back a few days later to test the air. the spores had significantly dropped too safe and acceptable levels. The rooms they treated smelled clean. Aloha, I used AirCare for a mold inspection and testing services for my client who is buying a property. They were very professional and responded immediately. No hidden cost and great customer service which seems to be hard to find these days.

Super helpful and responsive. I left a message regarding what I thought might be black mold in a closet and not one, but two inspectors from the company called me back. They were happy to look at photos and advise me appropriately. I'd highly recommend them!

We had a plumbing leak that we didn't know about because it was a slow one. We found out because we saw visible damage and mold. AirCare instructed us to contact a plumber and helped us through the insurance process. When leak was resolved. They came out and cut out the damage and treated the mold. They also provided sampling to ensure no black mold was in the air and their remediation efforts were successful. Very happy with their services from start to finish! Mahalo again!

Professional from start to finish. From the office to the field! Been using this company for the last 15 years. They have serviced our central air conditioning system in our attic space over 3 times over the course of 15years. Saved us from replacing our ductwork when another company advised us too. Even told us that the up placement was in the wrong area since they don’t install them. They have found leaks in our attic space allowing humidity to come into our system and causing more mold to grow. In 2019 they helped us with a kitchen leak and held our hands through the insurance process and insulation issues. Only company we trust and very honest and down to earth. Very helpful company. I called to inquire about a mold test in my apartment and Lindsay was so quick to be helpful. She offered to look at pictures of the area first which saved me time and money. She was able to give me her honest opinion and what our options were based on the photos I sent.
