The office is very helpful in any questions I have & scheduling . TBH we haven’t had any issues with our units … the customer service has always been the best . I know because I’m also a small business owner & i feel Island Comfort checks all the boxes for me. I suppprt small business & I especial support local small business with amazibg customer service , really make you feel like family! . Thank you so much! 🙂 todays service I added a surge protector with all the random outages in Waianae & also because of how dirty my bedroom u it was I added an ion protector. From start to finish I had a great experience with Island Comfort. From the initial estimate to the installation we had no issues. Island Comfort installed a quality Lennox central AC for us which is used year round out in Ewa. Other HVAC companies offered inferior systems for roughly the same cost. We’re very happy that Island Comfort installed our system through Costco and a shout out to Lionel for being so prompt and thorough in providing an initial estimate. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough about Channel who came out today to service our A/C today! She is so knowledgeable, I was taking notes! While she was working, she explained everything she was doing, how the units worked, and the the importance of maintenance, and so forth. Everyone I’ve interacted with has such a great and kind personality. They make you feel Ike like part of the family and show genuine concern with any issues you address. I had them install my mini splits a few years ago and do regular maintenance on them and I haven’t had any serious issues.The pricing is fair and they offer plenty of options and the quality of work they do during regular maintenance is great! Highly recommend them.

Channel was very knowledgeable, respectful, friendly and did a great job not only cleaning my units but she pointed out the mold that she needed to clean. Sold me on getting them cleaned more frequently since I don't want to be breathing mold spores!!

I have an old Split A/C and only cleaned 3 times since it was installed and still up and running.
The last time it was cleaned was three years ago. I was inside the Home Depot and a guy from
Island Comfort approached me, offered a promotion for on A/C clean up and explained what would be done. So, I made an appointment with island Comfort.
Jamie was very thorough and knowledgeable. He gave me some good tips on maintaining our unit. He explained the options and provided a quote on the spot for the next cleaning. Thanks
to all the great work. I would highly recommend Jamie, would welcome him next time
for our A/C cleaning.

Channel arrived as promised. She conducted a thorough inspection of both the ACU and FCU. She cleaned the units and found sludge in the drain pipe. She offered suggestions that will help extend the life of the units. I will definitely recommend the Island Comfort.
